Has anyone listened to the part 1? There's a massive plot point at the end

Has anyone listened to the part 1? There's a massive plot point at the end Pretty bold, but the scenes at the start and end damped the surprise, or at least my reaction to it. The Gadalaxian Champagne strikes again, looking to be something Matt Fitton tries to get into his non-Earth scripts. {Spoiler} Ace could be up to who knows what considering she's been MIA since the flashback scene. I'll be on the lookout for mysterious figures who aren't credited on the cast list.

Another hit for me, even if the doughnut count was a little bit high!

I liked it.
Its the kind of setting they might've done had it continued on TV in the 90s as another review stated its almost comparable with Lovejoy.
Mel's current attitude is interesting we'll see how it evolves
the 7th Doc's default happy go lucky Act is back I hope it slips soon
Reverting Ace back to TV Mode is always risky IMO
Having said that its very good start to what I predict will be 3 very varied in style stories.
I think Billy2 (Tim)and his Timelines got namechecked by Sophie Aldred in the Interviews

Not bad. Took me a few trys...
Mainly because of work on the house.

Really liked the first two episodes, well written and great pacing. Not that the final two episodes were bad - just that this had a really great start.

Quite enjoyable. I wasn't looking forward to this release as much as I am the next one, but it was still pretty good overall.

I thoroughly enjoyed that! I really like Matt Fitton stories but this one struck me as particularly good. (I think we're very fortunate to have it fall on the heels of a really good John Dorney story as well). Good to hear Mel and Ace getting along even though Matt's made things a little more interesting. I'm impressed with how a number of things were handled as the story proceeded and with how it all works together.
I've started saving the extras for later these days but glad I made it a point to hear them for this release, it was delightful to hear the performers' thoughts on the reunion, and their reminiscences. Agreed that there's an interesting spectrum of voices in the story, which was another aspect I liked. Also was very good to hear Tim and his timelines mentioned - yay, Tim!

I've just finished episode one of this and really enjoyed it. To be absolutely honest, I wasn't too fired up by the trailer, but the story itself is very good - nice performances from all, very clever scripting and the usual high production values. It seems to me that the main range is really back on consistently fine form. Episode 2 tomorrow - looking forward to it

PDF Script available for Subscribers Regards mark687 I've been on board since scripts were first included as extras, but this is perhaps the first time (or one of a very few times) that I've felt the need to check the script to understand dialogue (the sperovore) - not sure why, but I had real trouble 'tuning in' to their speech.

I think Billy2 (Tim)and his Timelines got namechecked by Sophie Aldred in the Interviews Regards Oh my goodness! Is that right? I've not heard 'Life of Crime' yet.
Well, I did provide Sophie (as well as Sarah Sutton) with a link to my 'Bradley's Basement' blog when I saw her last time at the 'Science of the Time Lords' event in Leciester in January this year. I also gave her (and Sylvester McCoy, Peter Davison and Sarah Sutton of their characters) a copy of Ace's timeline as a gift at the convention. She was very impressed with it.
If Sophie has mentioned me and my timelines in those interviews, then that's very nice and kind of her to do that! Thanks Sophie!
Tim.
