A good season that delivered a variety of tonally different story's, Brave New Town being my particular favourite followed by Grand Theft Cosmos.
What let down the finale is Morbius who is given limited time in his appearance, what i would have done is had him resurrected in the season 2 opener Dead London & have Morbius then teased throughout the rest of the season, maybe had him manipulating events that would lead to bigger confrontation with the Doctor in the four part finale.

Grand Theft Cosmos was probably my favorite, but I really liked Brave New Town as well. The finale was better than Series 3's finale, but I don't think it matches up to Human Resources. The only story I haven't listened to from this series is The Skull of Sobek. I bought it and it's in my iTunes lineup... But I'm a little weary of listening to it based on the reviews I've seen.

Brave New Town does stand out in my mind as particularly memorable and likable, although personally I thought series 2 was consistently good as a whole. Things do get bumpy for me at the finale although I don't know if I'm so much disappointed by the finale as just finding the transition between series 2 and series 3 somewhat awkward and I seem to get the sense there of someone striving to fix what really wasn't broken, I think. I don't know if that's how it was intended or how it happened but it was sort of like someone clearing the table to make room for something better and maybe after Orbis might have realized that things weren't bad already? Orbis would be the only story from the first 3 series that I think I really felt uncomfortable with, and even then I don't know if "it was all over the place" is a valid criticism for a roller coaster ride, it was probably meant to be - and yes, it was one heck of an adventure and I wouldn't have missed it.
