It was a complete scam, Ebay have taken the product down off there website, it sickens me just how sad & pathetic some people are.
He didn't realize the true power of the Doctor Who community.

Unless the BBC unambiguously states that a missing episode(s) has been found, I won't believe it. Any true Doctor Who fan should want to return any missing episodes they come into possession of to the BBC so that everyone can see it, even if the episode(s) in question may not live up to the expectations that have been formed.
