So Iceberg is set roughly 18 months after Owen was recruited by Captain Jack, which places it in October 2007, so I think I'll place it after Countrycide for now. I’m almost tempted to say that it goes Pre-Gwen or at least very early in Series 1, plus it’s probably closer to September 2007 than October. But then Series 1 is quite a short timeframe and we don’t really have a concrete idea of when it begins so that’s not helpful. Certainly though, Iceberg is set during Series 1. I double checked AHistory which places Everything Changes in October, thought I'd say mid-late September sound a bit more right to me, so I think you're right. I'll comfortably place it between The Vigil and S1.

Relistened to 'Believe' today and Jack says that the team have reason to not trust him recently, unless there's something in a book or short story I've not read, to me this has to come pretty soon after 'Adrift' given Jack's actions there. The argument could be made that this is after 'Corpse Day' as well as Owen might resent Jack for choosing him to take part in the Corpse Day. I've not yet read 'Monster' so can't comment on what the team dynamic is like in that story.

Unsurprisingly, Dinner and a Show is set on 14th February 2008, after Jack has left the team to join the Doctor again.

I was expecting them to mention Jack being around because after the dating hullabaloo with Dissected, I didn’t think BF were that bothered about that sort of a thing. Although I imagine Gareth David Lloyd probably chose the Valentine’s Day setting due to it falling during Jack’s absence.

I'm not normally too bothered about continuity stuff but does anyone know when Red Base (and Torchwood: Soho from Andy's pov when it's released) is set? I'm doing a listen/watch along in a rough order I have and was wondering if it was set before or after AAU/GAU because they're next on my list.

There aren't many hints, but I'd place it after Smashed and before Aliens Among Us for now.

Yeah it’s vague, but my gut is telling me that it goes at some point during God Among Us. Or possibly in the present day but prior to his involvement in Stranded. {Spoiler} As has been mentioned already, Andy claims to be there on behalf of Torchwood and he also seems quite experienced compared to the way he bumbles through his adventures with Norton. It just feels like the Andy from God Among Us to me. And that is around about when he was truly brought into the fold with Torchwood. It probably works fine pre-Aliens Among Us but I feel in terms of Andy’s characterisation and situation it goes a little later.

Hm, perhaps it can fit in the gap between Future Pain and The Man Who Destroyed Torchwood?

Haven’t finished it yet, so circumstances may change but so far {Torchwood Soho } Andy travels back to the past using a borrowed vortex manipulator after the Torchwood computer flagged up a problem with Norton in the past. So again it certainly feels as though this is set between God Among Us and Stranded for Andy. And I’m pretty sure that in God Among Us, Andy says that Goodbye Piccadilly was their last encounter anyway.
As for Norton, I’m not entirely sure exactly when it’s set, I might have missed the year though. I know that it’s after 1952 though as they refer back to the events of the 10DA The Creeping Death.

{Torchwood Soho} Andy also says he's traveled in time several times already, so this could even be post-Stranded, if he's going to be making a couple of small trips with the Doctor.

Yeah I definitely get the impression that both this and Red Base are supposed to be after God Among Us but at a point where Torchwood are back in regular operation, and of course we know they are by 2020. Its obviously just odd because of the God Among Us cliffhanger. Clearly they’re not too concerned about ploughing on past that though.

So I was listening to The Torchwood Archive the other day and I picked up on something.
One of the scenes involves a KVI agent called Ivan Putin dealing with the aftermath of Uncanny Valley and the Ovid Company. He explicitly refers to the death of Neil Redmond. He also says that it’s currently 2007. And Jeremiah Bash Henderson also mentions that Torchwood didn’t start investigating the Committee until 2007. Which means that The Conspiracy, Fall To Earth and Uncanny Valley must then all take place in 2007 and thus during Series 1, I think there’s probably enough wiggle room for Zone 10 to take place after Out of Time so it can still take place in 2008 though.

So Rhys and Ianto's Excellent Barbecue {Spoiler} It's set during the gap between Series 2 and 3, during the summer of 2009, presumably. As Tosh and Owen are mentioned as being dead.
For now, I'm placing it between The Dead Line and The Devil and Miss Carew.

{Drive} So there's very little to go on with Drive, if anything at all. There's a couple of mentions of Tosh not really knowing Cardiff very well, so I'm going to place it before One Rule for now, during her early days in the team.

Lease of Life {Spoiler} It’s before Reset as Owen very clearly isn’t dead yet. Other than that, there’s nothing really to go on for placement.

As expected, Gooseberry takes place after the other Owen/Andy stories. Woolworths is mentioned, so it's before 6th January at least. 😉

The Five People You Kill in Middlesbrough features the Aliens/God Among Us version of Yvonne Hartman, as she mentions the Dalek invasion and “people not dying” [Miracle Day] both of which happened after the original’s demise.
