Wow. Lazy, lazy potoshopping. Not Impressed. All I could.tell at first was that they looked odd but you can tell the heads don't really belong on the bodies once it's been pointed out. That's not entirely fair, there are only a finite amount of photos of Benjamin and Baxter as Jago and Litefoot, sticking them in new costumes makes a clever move.

What would be a better solution, something like they did in Rogue One (no thank you)? Well, they could raid photos from other productions B&B did around the time of "Talons" but they'll need to negotiate the rights to the images, whereas they have access to the Who catalogue of images. It's why there are Whispermen and Simeon bodies being used, and so forth.

What would be a better solution, something like they did in Rogue One (no thank you)? Art? Like those old Sydney Paget Sherlock Holmes illustrations? I do like that idea.

I like that. Every boxset should come with a jigsaw puzzle. Does it need to have more than 4 pieces?

Just noticed that Jamie Newall is back as Aubrey.
Please don’t spoil the mystery and explain how he appears in different series.

I know I've mentioned this before but I can't quite wrap my brain around this being David's last go as producer for the range. More than the boys and Lisa, I've always felt like David Richardson is Jago & Litefoot. Here is hoping the box set is a cracker.

I can only assume what he's working on instead is even more exciting! And no, I don't know what that is. But I'm sure he'll keep an eye on Jago & Litefoot. He's good like that.

Reading the synopsis for this on the website it makes it clear that our heroes find themselves in an alternative timeline, as such I was surprised that Doctor Sacker Does not make an appearance...

TBR April 2017
SynopsisSomeone from the future has arrived in Victorian London on the trail of a renegade… but that trail leads them to Henry Gordon Jago and Professor LItefoot. So begins an adventure that will propel the Infernal Investigators into unknown territory, and an encounter with two people they should avoid at all costs. Themselves. Four more cases for the Infernal Investigators: 13.1: The Stuff of Nightmares by Paul MorrisLitefoot and Jago are both suffering from strange waking nightmares. They resort to hypnotherapy to try to diagnose the problem. But meanwhile a Time Agent is looking for them – as a way of tracking down the notorious criminal Magnus Greel. Before they know what is happening, our heroes find themselves trapped in a dystopian future where nothing makes sense any more... 13.2: Chapel of Night by Jonathan BarnesTrapped in a parallel world, Jago and Litefoot are enlisted to help Inspector Quick investigate the mysterious Chapel of Night run by Mrs Bartholomew. Needless to say, there is more to the chapel – and Mrs Bartholomew – than there initially seems. Soon our heroes are caught up in another horrifying and dangerous adventure. But more to the point, can they ever get back to their own world again? 13.3: How The Other Half Lives by Matthew SweetPerhaps inevitably, Jago and Litefoot meet their counterparts in the world where they now find themselves. The Litefoot in this world still owns Greel’s time cabinet, while Jago is also married to Xiu Xiu, a bar maid. But Greel’s cabinet is not the only thing to survive from his time in this world – there is also a giant rat on the loose in the sewers beneath London… 13.4: Too Much Reality by Justin RichardsJago and Litefoot meet their equivalent infernal investigators in this world – Aubrey and Betterman. Together they investigate sightings of a strange ‘demon’ and bodies that mysteriously fade away… Before long they discover a crashed spaceship, and find out the truth behind Mrs Bartholomew and the Chapel of Night. But even with this mystery solved, will they be able to get home again? Written By: Paul Morris, Jonathan Barnes, Matthew Sweet, Justin Richards Directed By: Lisa Bowerman CASTChristopher Benjamin (Henry Gordon Jago), Trevor Baxter (Professor George Litefoot), Lisa Bowerman (Ellie Higson), Conrad Asquith (Inspector Quick), Abi Hayes (Agent Cara), Carolyn Pickles (Dr Hilary Standish), Tony Turner (Harry Hypno/ Sergeant Delaney/ Dr Logan), Teresa Banham(Mrs Bartholomew/ Angelica), Oliver Lansley (Jack Ridpath), Jeff Rawle (Toby Brokesmith), Lucy Sheen (Xiu Xiu), Phoebe Thomas (Hannah Price), Oliver Jackson (Dicky Twist), David Warner (Dr Luke Betterman), Jamie Newall (Aubrey). Looks like we're into parallel world territory. Didn't Jago mention Harry Hypno back in series 9? At least we won't be saddled with a fun fur rat on audio, although I bet there'll be fun poked at it in the extras!
