I know I am going to repeat what others have said but this was lovely, especially loved all the Jack/Ianto moments in this. This was actually my introduction to Norton so on the strength of his character here I bought Ghost Mission.
And yes the Rountable Extras were fantastic
You know I admit I was never Torchwood fan on TV but Big Finish is certainly changing that.

I really liked this one. I'm glad it wasn't on TV, because I got squeamish just listening to parts of it. Since Norton was involved with the outbreak, does that mean that the Committee was involved? I still don't quite get what Norton's relationship with the Committeee. Actually, until this one, I assummed that he wasn't even a real Torchwood agent,

Well I just finished this today, wow wow wow.
A proper torchwood adventure, and better than most were on TV.
Loved it, we need to book at least 2 of these a year going forward!

I've not seen anyone mention it here but apparently the individual cover images weren't included in the original DL but they are now according to BF on FB.

Ooh, this has made me happier than it should have. Not me. Now it means I'm going to have to go download the proper covers. If you go into the mobile view with the individual files in the zip folder you can download just those three images straight from there. That's what I did.

Its just another thing that I have to get around to doing.

This was a great boxset! It had some minor flaws but it still proved to be a great piece of drama. I do find it interesting that Norton has already experienced the events of Ghost Mission',from his point of view, when he shows up here. He's certainly shaping up to be an interesting character... He seems to be jumping around the timelines (1950s,2010s and the far future). I can't wait to find out more about this fiendish chap. Hopefully Samuel Barnett's commitment to Dirk Gently doesn't prevent him from coming back soon

I really liked this story. It felt like a spiritual link between the short form stories and the serial drama of Children Of Earth. Given the setting of the story I think that's apt.
While the first and third episodes are good it's the second ep, with the absolute tonne of Jack and Ianto interaction that elevates this one massively. I've been critical of John Barrowman at times as I think he struggles to convey the fury and anger that Captain Jack demands at times but he nails it here. He's absolutely primal when in the latter stages of the outbreak. Gareth is every bit as good having to keep his cool against that level of threat and such a big performance from JB. He's one of the best reactive actors I've heard on audio and as I've said before I've gone from thinking "Why does Ianto have such a big fanbase?" to thinking he's one of the most compelling actors and characters in the show and the expanded New Doctor Who universe.

I'd echo the positive comments on this thread. It's an exciting release and the Jack/Ianto portion of episode two is the highlight in terms of both character and dramatic tension.

The Behind The Scenes have officially have become the best about this release and that is saying something. It was the most fun I have had listening or watching any behind the scenes ever. Round of applause @scotthandcock

Round of applause @scotthandcock It was an insightful set of interviews. I particularly took note of how it was mentioned that because each season wound up airing on a different channel, there was a new target audience each time. That really makes you think.
