Nick Briggs was asked in the letters of Vortex a few years back, about the possibility of continuing these on Audio, but he felt they were perhaps not commercial enough. Tried and failed, alas.
but Davison had been keen
(I wonder if maybe BF could put in an offer to do the Youngman Carter and/or Mike Ripley books, whcih would be less likely to be adapted for screen)

Magnum P.I. Don't Eat the Snow in Hawaii. The series has many guests stars that I'm familiar with including Ted Danson (Cheers), Alfonso Ribeiro (The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air), Cesar Romero (Batman), Patrick Macnee (The Avengers) and.... Peter Davison.

Couple episodes of The Protectors (7 & 8) with luncheon. An odd show, very forgettable but easy to watch.

Jekyll Episode 3
A few things in this episode remind me of “Blink” with the danger of flickering lights and the writing on the wall. Some things with this series are genuinely non ironically good like the duel performance and slight difference of appearance in Jekyll/ Hyde is really well done. I tend to prefer adaptations of “ Jekyll and Hyde” where Hyde isn’t a straight forward horrific monster physically but a slightly different better looking (with a few off things) darker side. Also I loved the confrontation between Hyde and his wife in the basement and how she made him twirl around and how there was a weird flirty vibe to it. That scene may have given me a few ideas🤔 It’s still ridiculous and I still wonder how much of it Moffat intended as comedy but I am enjoying the ride!

Been watching a lot of the new Mickey Mouse shorts lately. I must admit as iconic as he is I was never the biggest Mickey fan (Always preferred Donald Duck myself..) mainly due to how bland his personality is but these were actually very funny. Won’t be to everyone’s taste but I do like how wacky these go. To the point, where I’m surprised Disney allowed it.

Masters of the Universe: Revelation episodes 1 & 2. I wasn't really interested in this, but given the hilarious backlash online from certain fans I thought I'd give it a go. The clue is in the title, this is not He-Man and the Masters of the Universe this is Masters of the Universe: Revelation -there's some interesting stuff that happens at the end of the first episode & how a character reacts to it. Other than that its standard stuff from a Saturday morning cartoon made to sell toys (another reason the extreme reaction from some fans makes me laugh). The voice acting is good, the score is even better & really elevates things lending a sense of the epic. Will I watch more? It's not my sort of thing but maybe when there's nothing else to watch & I need something mildly entertaining to fill some time.

And Colony in Space. Actually, Its a little known fact that in Enlightenment he did not actually appear with..... [fades into background] Edit: This was a self depreciating dig at myself here, mark687 & @williamsfan92 . Please don't think I was having a go at anyone else's interest in Who actors in other roles. Cliff from Cheers is the kind of person I have been compared to by family in the past, whenever I come out with such trivia. If I make a joke about the foibles of being a fan, then its likely one at my own expense....

Hello again
I have been watching The Watch on BBC Iplayer. If you don't expect it to have any of the charm and eccentricity of the original book and treat it as a fantasy crime drama, you will find much to enjoy. The characters are great fun and the grungy atmosphere makes it similar to other police dramas set in big cities. Even though I've read book, I'm still enjoying the Watch trying to solve the mystery. There are some lovely touches so far and an appearance from Ingrid Oliver was a nice surprise.

Currently watching the first few episodes of Professor T. Reminds me a lot of Cracker to be honest which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. And I like Ben Miller as the titular character even if he is playing a more anally retentive of his character from Death in Paradise.
