Currently watching the first few episodes of Professor T. Reminds me a lot of Cracker to be honest which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. And I like Ben Miller as the titular character even if he is playing a more anally retentive of his character from Death in Paradise. The Original (Belgian Series) is exactly like Cracker and the scenes are far more graphic. Regards mark687

Also Julian Glover (The Crusades and City of Death) and Tony Caunter (Enlightenment) Regards mark687 Well, hurr, its an interesting fact that Tony Caunter was also in The Crusade. And Colony in Space. Actually, Its a little known fact that in Enlightenment he did not actually appear with..... [fades into background] Edit: This was a self depreciating dig at myself here, mark687 & @williamsfan92 . Please don't think I was having a go at anyone else's interest in Who actors in other roles. Cliff from Cheers is the kind of person I have been compared to by family in the past, whenever I come out with such trivia. If I make a joke about the foibles of being a fan, then its likely one at my own expense....It’s cool mate.

Deep Space Nine 4x2 - The Visitor. Wow. Just wow. That's the review. Also it reminded me of the BF Companion Chronicles at the start, but by the end, I had a specific Short Trip in mind - the wonderfully scripted and acted A Full Life.

Hello again
The Watch is a really cracking watch. I'm still enjoying the assorted members of the Watch played with great conviction by each member of the cast. I'm enjoying it for its own sake, I know the book is has much more charm, but this series has really caught my imagination.
Sitcom fans will be aware that Monday 9th August at 21:00 BBC1, Ghosts, what the Horrible Histories cast did next, is back for series 3. It's gentle, silly and charming.

Professor T (Episode 3)
Definitely getting more a sense of the tone of this series. Be curious to see whether it gets more than a single series though.

I just finished the third series of Line of Duty. I... I just... Wha... WOW! I can't believe I've taken so long to finally check this show out! It has rapidly become one of my absolute favourite shows! It's story is beautifully constructed (and even when some plot points are guessable, they never cease to pull off staggeringly good rug-pulls!), phenomenally acted, directed, etc., and is easily one of the most gripping things I've ever watched ( the only other things I remember feeling so tense watching are the first Alien movie and Negan's first scene at the end of The Walking Dead's sixth season). People say you can't stand still in drama and that you've got to keep pushing things forward. There were are least two 15-20 minute scenes in this finale, and I wouldn't have lost a single second to reduce the run time. I just... Honestly, I'm lost for words. I LOVE THIS SHOW!!! Also, I understand why people might want to suggest Jed Mercurio as a potential replacement as showrunner for Doctor Who, but if they're still making Line of Duty (and I don't know whether the show has ended or not yet, so please don't spoil it for me if it has!) I wouldn't want him on Doctor Who. I need him to keep making Line of Duty. End of!

I thought there was already a second series? i just watched the first episode, myself. It was certainly... unusual. Not sure whether or not I'll keep going. Are the subsequent episodes much of an improvement?

Hard to say, I still think it’s a work in progress but it’s definitely finding itself.
