NCIS: Los Angeles S13E02..
Wow.. Talk about being heavy handed on the social commentary- it was full lecture time..1 of the characters even actually mentioned something about not having this woke conversation until he has had his coffee (not a 100% direct quote may have missed a word)..

Foundation episode 6. Let's hope this show doesn't get cancelled. How are you liking it so far? Seems like a fair bit, yeah? I only saw the first episode because the Apple app does not play nice with my TV (loses picture, retains audio, at random) and thought it seemed pretty cool, but was a bit concerned by the pacing. Are they planning on adapting the whole series? That's be... interesting.

Yes I am enjoying it, never read the books so can't compare to the source material but this is really good & I know there have been a few changes. I think they are planning 8 seasons.

Steptoe and Son - “The Lead Man Cometh” (1964)
With an appearance by the late and great Leonard Rossiter who makes for a marvellous guest star.

At the moment I'm watching the 'Legends Of Tomorrow' 'Zari', by pure coincidence, on the fourth anniversary of its' broadcast... Sometimes it's the little coincidences

If there's not a really cringey, deeply embarrassing-to-watch sex scene, then it's not a faithful adaptation. (Holy balls Asimov's sex scenes were bad.) But, damn, eight seasons? That's... ambitious. Barely any shows run that long, especially now that we're no longer in the era is syndication.

Enjoying watching this on the Pick tv channel, but I was surprised that the new character they introduced at the beginning of s2 didn't appear again. I got the impression she was going to join the team. Wonder what ever happened to her....

In the third season of Final Space. Terrific show. Too bad Netflix cancelled it!

Finished Season 4 of Frasier. One of the best seasons so far. I fell like it rotted a bit in seasons 5-8 but got better for the final 3.

Apart from any of the other stuff I'm watching, started a rewatch of Farscape a couple days ago.

Today most of the British TV soap-operas started a crossover-style event about fighting climate change, aaaaaand I'm recording all of it... And have just watched three of today's six episodes before coming up to bed (/Youtube).
Hi, my name's Melkur & I'd probably beat the snot out of me too (not hard, considering I seem to be coming down with a cold)...

"Oi, get your 'ands off my Nan's jugs!" Well, at least the soap 'crossover' has got one genuine (accidental) laugh out of me! [Vases, he was talking about vases.]

I'd be interested in this if it wasn't all soap operas. Interesting, though, it doesn't seem to have much coverage in the press (well, not the newspapers I read) and noting at all in the Radio Times. A lot of online news stories from a couple of weeks back when it was apparently announcd, much to my obliviousness. (And, what about The Archers?!)

Its a crossover of tv soaps only.

I don't watch any of our soaps*, to be honest, but did see it announced a couple of weeks ago online... Yeeeeah, whilst I doubt that I'll really 'bother' continuing on with any of them after this event, I'm enjoying it a little bit more than I thought I would I will say (even if Monday's episode of 'Eastenders' had all the subtlety of a sledge-hammer to the face). It's so rare that British shows get crossovers, that I thought that I might as well record it and give them a watch where I could (time allowing, depending on the total runtime, I am maybe considering giving the whole thing a full watch-through at some point next week). My father did mention that it might have been a little "weird" that 'The Archers' wasn't a part of it, but I guess they were trying to keep it to 'only' TV...? Who knows? Whilst I don't know if I was necessarily expecting the Radio Times to do a big multi-page spread on it (at least one of it's 'cheaper' equivelents? Sure, but not necessarily the RT), yeah, I also was expecting at least *some* kind of coverage about it too! * Although they're classed as (I think) 'ongoing dramas', I did watch 'Holby City' and 'Casualty' with my mother when I was younger, but 'grew out of them' slightly when I went to university (mainly due to not really having time to watch them), but do watch the occasional episode here and there if there's some big 'event' or, for the past couple of years, if it's a Christmas episode.
