Steven Universe. Garnet got a back-story episode which I wasn't expecting so soon. As I suspected, bit of a "Princess and Commoner" love story. And as usual, the sexual subtext is pretty much as unsubtle as it could possibly be without just being text.

Futurama Law and Oracle and Supergirl Pilot. I recognised one of the actors in Supergirl from the Big Finish Army of Death (the same actor was also in End of Time, but it's been longer since I've seen that). I'll keep calling him Vallan. Is it taboo or something to actually say Superman? He's usually referred to as Kara's cousin so far (exact words, "My cousin" "your cousin" etc).

I was more excited to see who played Kara's adopted parents!

new ITV series Jericho
Another in ITVs endless line of costume dramas but this one isa bit grittier, more industrial. The star is Jessica Raine who we all know as Verity Lambert in An Adventure In Space And Time as well as the main lead guest star in Series 7's Hide. She's best known to the public as the star of Call The Midwife.

Been watching the Doctors episode with Alexander Vlahos called Master of the Universe from 2010.
I watched it for Vlahos but as it is about gun violence in schools & misogyny its extremely relevant. Probably would be good to be shown here in the US where this type of violence is becoming almost an every day occurrence. But of course it would be made in the UK instead. Did we ever do something on this subject in the US I wonder? And Vlahos gives a terrifying and raw performance.
The only thing I don't like is the UK police are shown to be incompetent in this. It's almost ridiculous how anyone can be that stupid. But then again I guess this type of violence isn't common in the UK so maybe the police's unwillingness to believe the danger signs is realistic.
Watched 3 out of 5 episodes so far.

Teen Wolf Season 1 Finale I've got Season 5 Episode 12 lined up to watch. I hope you've got season 2 ready to watch, because that may just be the best season yet.

Fawlty Towers Ep.1. How can I not have watched this before? All hail the great JC! You've got eleven fantastic episodes chock-full of comedy ready for your viewing pleasure. Just don't watch them at a hotel like Fawlty Towers. Oh, and a gin and orange, a lemon squash and a scotch and water, please!

Derren Brown, i usually like his shows but found this one very uncomfortable viewing. I used to love the guy's stuff but it became a bit...smart alecky. He seems a lovely person though. I loved the special he did years ago about the seance. The last scene made my jaw drop.
