Yes, that will be an interview worth reading for sure.
I can't quite believe we're only a few weeks away from War Doctor 2. Surely this is the closest 2 BF boxsets in one range have ever been>

It's amazing to think DWM can now get interviews from the likes of John Hurt. Hopefully he doesn't have any problems with polls like Colin Baker!

Looking at the End Of Year Poll - one of the options we can vote on for best BF product is Reqiuem For The "Pocket" Men My pocket needs a requiem after the amount I spent on Big finish last year Yeah, it's tempting to spend loads on their releases isn't it? You just need to try and tell yourself not to buy anything once you spend a certain amount on entertainment that's expensive for you. For me, my maximum spend on entertainment a month is £30.

Wow that's discipline. I'm going for a per disc (or dl equivalent if cheaper) spending limit at present and last year averaged less than £2.50 per disc, but that still came to a big total.

Nice cover, shame the blurb makes it seem more about the TV series than BF, about how John's wife convinced him to do the 50th, so I don't think we can quite "count" this as BF getting another cover, but hey, I'm sure the article itself will have some good BF content.

The quote on the cover has got to be the best response as to whether someone should take the part ever!

That has to be the best DWM cover so far. Can't wait to read the Pixel Power article; I think the show has a very interesting history with videogames.

I wonder if there will be any new news, or just stuff already revealed from BF day!
kris hinted on periscope feed but nothing certain, or even for this edition.

download arrived on iPad about 1am so I have read it, instead of going to sleep no real new news as far as I can tell, little bit about Barbara recast, more info on this months main range & 4th doc releases but the interview with John hurt is excellent, it actually reads like a transcript from one of BF interview cd's, I sort of feel like I heard it and not read it. there is more about the war doc range, interesting and a few new reveals, but nothing earth shattering intresting stuff on the Kings demons, bit about kamelion (I do think BF should have a stab at trying to use him) for those of a certain age the video game stuff is a real gem, I remember playing the very early stuff, the first adventure was something we played in our computer studies classes! Yep we played games for much of the time, along with making "mr smith smells" bounce all over the screens! Good mag this month

The Legends of River Song kind of passed me by - but it sounds very intriguing. River and The Doctor discussing having children?

Also Andrew Smith is going to write one of the War Doctor stories in Casualties Of War. Not an obvious choice! Also, Josh Bolt from Last Tango in Halifax and Benidorm will be a one-off companion on Agents Of Chaos and the last story in the whole series will be written by.....wait for it.....Nicholas Briggs.

Are there any other new releases mentioned that BF haven't told us about? Just The Early Years?
Cheers

I don't know, isn't that suprising? His work on Who has always had a strong human element beyond the adventure. He seems like a good fit forfor a tale set adminst the horror and the degredation of the Time War.
