Until there's concrete evidence of a second volume (both on content and recording or release date), can we please not broach the topic? After what happened with Blogtor Who and the first volume Big Finish would be extra careful to avoid leaks. I know you want to see this happen, but the topic has pretty much been exhausted on the other thread. An unsubstantiated rumour isn't going to add anything of weight to the discussion. It definitely doesn't deserve its own thread with a highly misleading title.

Rumour is in the title header. What is the big deal? In the end for all the huffing & puffing, Blogator Who was correct. If this turns out to be true, good for the site that reported it. If it isn't, oh well.

If it isn't, oh well. The problem with the Blogtor Who incident was that it reflected badly on Big Finish's ability to keep things under wraps until the intended announcement. There were even rumours that the first Tenth Doctor set wouldn't even go through because of it. Fine, it gives the smaller website more page views, but it doesn't help Big Finish at all. |

The usual protocol is to announce something once it's been recorded, the point at that there's plenty of information to get people interested and have something ready for pre-order. All we know about Jenny is that Big Finish may be doing a story/stories with her. That is all. There are times were later releases will be announced for the purpose of setting up a bundle or subscription, like the Main Range, Torchwood and the Dark Shadows Short Stories even though we may no nothing beyond the fact they will exist. |

Not even an article, just a comment underneath an article. Doesn't seem like much to go on.
That being said, this could be the setting for the Nick Briggs 10th Doctor Adventures, or even scripts written in advance and kept on hand in anticipation of David Tennant having an unexpected free day in his schedule ("what's that, David? Your wife brought you in to while she records her top-secret series? You don't want to just hang around in the green room all day? Well, we've got this script.....")

Given the rumour originates in the comment section, not in the actual news item concerning the vanilla release of Volume 1, I personally would have not bothered giving it the light of day.
