I guess I should post on the welcome thread... after two posts already. Nicely done.
So I've been listening to Big Finish for 3 years (since I was 13) and started reading the forums soon after but never posted, and I don't intend to post much but do visit a lot. My favourite Doctor is McGann (nothing to do with my crush on him at all...) and my favourite TV story is The War Games and my favourite audio is probably Dark Eyes or anything by Rob Shearman.
(Note: I know my profile says I'm male, but should you ever need to refer to me I would appreciate you do so with gender neutral pronouns, thanks!)

If you enjoy the Eighth Doctor stories, check out Time Works, Blood Of The Daleks, Human Resources, The Silver Turk. Seasons Of Fear is another favourite of mine but it's only available via download nowadays. Four great adventures.

I have all of those except The Silver Turk and I haven't listened to Time Works yet - there's just so many audios to work through... (not that I don't enjoy that). I'll get there eventually, eh.

Silver Turk is part of a stand-alone trilogy, and the only background listening you'd need is a half hour episode that you can download for very cheap. Time Works is also stand-alone, and a beautiful story, albeit one that shows it's origins as a Divergent Universe script (it's set after the Doctor, Charley and C'rizz leave the DU). Welcome to the other Divergent Universe, and hope you stick around!

Not a new member but wasn't sure where to post this.
I've finished 8 & Charley. I've almost finished with 6 & Evelyn and I need to line up my next lot to listen to.
It's a toss up between 8 & Lucy or 6 with Charley. Anybody who has listened to both care to help me out with suggestions? Thanks 😀

I'd go with 8th and Lucy stats off well and builds to great.

I've got Eighth and Lucy complete and I think I've got all of the eighth and Charlie (except the companion chronicles with The Toymaker) and I've non of the sixth and Charlie because that really gets me confused! JB

Does Colin Baker actually appear in the final McGann/Charlie story? JB No but it's implied she's talking to ole sixey because his Trial of a Timelord theme kicks in, it's a post credit teaser. This is reworked for The Condemned Sixey & Charleys first story.

For the long standing members, can we keep the chat about what to listen to in the correct areas? Perhaps directing anyone new to the right area? Cheers
