Hype on Social Media is meant to be fun but its also hinted at another DW release that they don't think anyone's noticed yetRegards mark687 So that rules out the Martha boxset, right? I’d say so. And the fact that it was hinted not so long ago that something Martha-related was going to be announced in DWM in a few months time so I don’t think this is anything to do with the Martha boxset.

Just to bring up a candidate from out of left field for another unsuspected Who release. What about the new Benny/ Unbound Doctor set?

There was something about that in the obscure news thread not long ago, right? Idk if it was an online CV (I don't think it was that), people being in the studio at the same time or someone commenting something during a convention.

It was nice to hear that someone had written in and asked about the possibility of audio adaptations of the non-Fleming James Bond novels.
Sounds like Big Finish would be keen, but the rights holders are not. Oh well.
Also Nick really wants to do Star Trek, but again problems with licensing. However I would have thought that within the Doctor Who universe they could introduce and spin off a space vessel saga. Two past candidates spring to mind. The Earth Empire ship from The Shadow Heart. A Time Lord space vessel, like the one visited in Hostiles (Gallifrey Time War 3.1)

JHE has mentioned bond a number of times. It’s something they went after and were turned down. I think he was a bit upset when not long after bcc radio got permission to do It.

I'm intrigued that they might have been up to do Hitchhikers at one point. Would that have been "And Another Thing" - or something else? (Doesn't matter, I suppose, since it isn't going to happen, but I'm still interested)

I adore the original radio productions of Hitchhiker's, but a new version by Big Finish is intriguing, especially when I start fancasting the roles with BF regulars. For some reason Colin Baker as Marvin the Paranoid Android clicks for me.

Slight goof on this one - at the end Nick introduces a drama tease of Susan's War only for the first 15 minutes of the April main range to play.

Interesting to hear that Amazon have banned BF as hoarders for buying up microphones to lend to their actors to record at home. BF seem to be doing rather better than the producers of "The Archers", and I don't really think BF's casts are necessarily much younger than the Beeb's (e.g. Terry Molloy is in both)
Also {Spoiler} What bigger mistake could there be other than having a competition without the Joe Lidster theme tune?

Blimey, and the day after I posted that Bafflegab come out with a free half-hour Scarifyers starring Mr Molloy himself. I assume he recorded at home, but you wouldn't have known. I forsee Mike Tucker getting a bigger part in "The Archers" over the next few months, if his actor's got the facilities to record properly.
(According to Wikipedia, he's the twentieth longest-serving radio soap actor in the world. Actually, the top 35 are all from "The Archers". Actually, the list on Wikipedia is almost entirely from "The Archers"
