In some pages the bundles button is enabled but on click says "sorry no bundles available ".. which is so disappointing This seems to be a bug though .. I think the mentioned Bundles button doing nothing refers to an expired (removed) previous promotion but they forgot to delete the button afterward, kind of annoying but it seldom affects me now since I think I've bought everything I might be interested in from the BF back catalog.

I think it has gotten to the point where a wishlist would help coordinate pre-orders rather than putting items in the cart as a reminder to self and then having to delete them again when it's time to take some of them through the checkout process. (At present, I don't even bother doing so). I could just make a wishlist on paper, but I write lots of important things on modest-sized pieces of paper which are shortly never seen again. :-)
I don't if wishlists might also help Big Finish by providing information - for example, if relatively few people pre-ordered something but lots of people had it on their wishlists, might mean something different to them sometimes when considering the future of a range, than if just getting relatively few pre-orders for an item?

You can't put things in your basket and leave them there, the website removes them after a short time. BF did this specifically because with the previous website anything you put into the basket retained the pricing that was available at the time it was added to the basket, and they got the impression it was a deliberate move by people to get offers after they expired, personally I suspect it was people doing as I did, which was just keeping a list of what I wanted.

They need a better search function. Seriously, I find some things on the BF site better using google than using their own search function.

A wishlist would be very welcome - right now in fact. I'm trying to make my 'must have' Companion Chronicles list for the sale a semi-reasonable length and I'm forced to use either a text file or paper. How 20thC! A global index for Vortex. For when you know there was an interesting 'Listeners'' article about old release 'R' or a release preview where the writer said 'X Y or Z' and you haven't a clue which issue it was in. A plaque on the wall of ranges and a range category for the Third Doctor Adventures. Please BF, he's had three releases now with hopefully more to come, so that makes the 3DAs a range rather than 'Special Releases' surely?! (It does for PHP apparently, in fact one single release did.) Please show the respect due to my Doctor. (And after reading the earlier comments about 'the last time', I'm off to download and backup all the extras I might have missed out like scripts and extended interviews. Just in case!)

Features: more releases.
That's about it. I can find my way around just fine.

Restructuring the range page so that if there are multiple ranges under one banner (ie Doctor Who, Blake's 7 etc) there just a button for the franchise.

A wish list that allows friends to purchase things for other friends would be HUGE. And long, long overdue. The ability to use gift cards would be great. Better functionality and easier accessibility to information is a must.

I also want a wishlist.
I also agree with jbmasta: a restructuring of the range page for one button per franchise. And a merging of some ranges, like Doctor Who Special and Bonus, New to Big Finish and Big Finish For Free. What about those ranges from Audiobooks through Big Finish Fiction? As part of that, more differentiation between ranges within a franchise. Make it easier to tell the difference at a glance.
Finally, yes, that Choose Range drop-down needs better sorting.

For the range page, maybe also split up the ranges into finished and ongoing. That way someone can take that into consideration when browsing. It also gives a good picture of what's still going, as well as narrowing the selection down. If a range is revived, then it can be moved on the page accordingly.
Another option could be Doctor Who, Worlds of Doctor Who (the Who-related spin-offs), Worlds of Big Finish, Other Franchises (Blake's 7, Dark Shadows, Survivors, The Prisoner etc) and Other. That way people can get a better context of the ranges and how they relate to each other.

Anything that is less cluttered and easier to navigate than the current site.

Don't know if it has been mentioned already, but the idea of a loyalty card/points system, leading to a free release of choice or something. I would like this. It was mentioned, if it was a reality, that would be cool.

It was mentioned, if it was a reality, that would be cool. That would be nice. Also for us overseas customers, a hold & release option that delivers an entire run of stories when completed. That way we can still preorder Main Rain or Torchwood or whatever and get our monthly downloads but not get killed on monthly shipping charges.

The high price of postage is what convinced me to go the Book Depository route for getting the CDs. Maybe for bundles as well, also bypassing the Per Order charge.
