"Works" being a relative term, of course The search function is dodgy, the cart sometimes/apparently completely at random sometimes forgets you've put stuff in it, the front page is a clutter of haphazardly organized 'tabs,' there's massive amounts of dead space on both sides of the screen, the ranges page's approach of icons rather than font has far outgrown its functionality, on ongoing ranges pages (in the latest release tab) if it's not formatted right it bumps the See All Releases link down out of the box into nether space where you can't click it....and let's not even get started on how slowwwww the site is (though to be fair that's likely down to their server/datacentre than the site itself). I'm sure the site worked and worked great in its heydey, but so did my old 1995 car up until it started being more hassle than it was worth. Nick's been talking up the new page for what seems like forever, I hope it lives up to the talk Wow! A lot wrong for you then Your trouser cuffs are dirty And your shoes are laced up wrong You'd better take off your Homburg 'Cause your overcoat is too long

The site is certainly functional, for the most part, but that doesn't mean that some improvements wouldn't be welcome.

Well now all you people talking about the site being quick have me curious: are you all located in or near the UK?
I am over here in Canada and have experienced the slowness of the site and app in numerous ways -- 2 different laptops and two different iPhones on my own wifi network, the wifi at my parents' house, public wifi (ie McDonalds), work wifi, and on mobile, and it's always slow. I tried pulling up the BF front page just now (I'm visiting my parents so I'm on their wifi) and it took a solid 10 seconds from click of bookmark until the page actually loaded, and that's not unusual, it's the norm.
The app is often actually worse, when pulling down to refresh (like on a new release day) it'll sit there 'refreshing' for a minute or more. Downloading a release (be it a 4-story box set or a MR title) often takes 5+ minutes, which absolutely should not be the case on any modern wifi or mobile signal.
So I'm left wondering about geography, whether all or most of you who have no speed issues are enjoying that because you're comparatively quite close. And if it's not that, I'm really at a loss to explain it.

New Orleans here and no speed issues with the web site. The mobile app does take a minute or so to update but since I switched internet service provider downloads are quite speedy. Digi, you might just have crap internet service.

I will point out again that I have tried and found it extremely slow on at least three different wired and wifi networks (from different providers) and on mobile and it's still slow

I'd like to see any upgraded site successfully import all my existing purchase information. Because while you'd think that should happen, in my experience it often doesn't when companies upgrade their websites. And for a company based largely on downloads (even for customers buying CDs) that's the single most important requirement for any new Big Finish site for me. It has to preserve that customer purchase data, and it has to do so 100% reliably. As a former computer scientist my usual reaction to news of companies upgrading their website is to groan at the problems it's likely to lead to, and often does.
Beyond that I'd really like a website that works better on mobiles - it isn't at all mobile friendly, just giving you the full desktop view, so you have to zoom in and pan about.
And yes I'd like a wishlist facility.
I'd also like a more hierarchical guide to the releases as an option. There are so many ranges now, I'd like an alternative way of looking at them rather than a gigantic menu or page of links.
But yes, I just want any upgraded site to keep my past data and download info ok. Beyond that anything else for me is mostly a bonus to be honest.

All they’d need to do is save the database of accounts/what’s tied to those accounts, and reattach that on the new site. Of course, someone has to actually remember to do that.

In theory yes, but there are also likely to be compatibility issues if the new website stores information in a different way from the old one. It's amazing how often what should be a total non issue isn't handled properly in website upgrades. I suspect they may even need to do some conversion steps, and that could introduce more complexity.

Nick did mention on the podcast, many moons ago the website changes would be cosmetic and the underlying stuff would not change so no account problems like the last upgrade.......
