Is there a story telling how she got back to Gallifrey I know BBV did couple of K9 and Mistress in E-Space CDs but whether the 2nd one covered their exit I'm not sure.

The novel Blood Harvest details it. Yep, the Doctor receives a telepathic cry for help from Romana while he's dealing with another problem during the Prohibition, so he leaves Bernice to attend to the matter with a homing beacon so she can summon him through the Gateway. Unfortunately, Benny's been dropped in the midst of tense negotiations between the Lords and the peasantry. It's not going well, Romana's struggling to stop the violence from getting out of hand and there seems to be a third party at work, trying to set each side at the other's throat. We don't see her become President until Happy Endings though (or The Chaos Pool, if we're going chronologically), I think she's still just a member of the High Council in Goth Opera (a story with Five, Tegan and Nyssa). The reason why she didn't step in during the Doctor's trial in some way is probably down to The Apocalypse Element and her imprisonment by the Daleks. Is there a story telling how she got back to Gallifrey I know BBV did couple of K9 and Mistress in E-Space CDs but whether the 2nd one covered their exit I'm not sure.

Not from memory... She does have a makeshift TARDIS in those stories though. A tossed together hodgepodge of this and that. It's likely it finally gave up the ghost by the time of Blood Harvest.

Even though we've had Blood Harvest I'd be happy for BF to do their own. Also we've had Lalla on audio with Tom, Peter, Colin and Paul so Sylvester is the odd one out in the list. Unless you count Zagreus

Unless you count Zagreus I can only echo this. I'm sure there will be others who won't like more than one explanation as to how she escaped from E-Space, but I would really like a Big Finish version. Apart from that, any excuse to feature more Lalla Ward is good as far as I'm concerned

I thought they were fascinating creatures. I wonder if the writer Stephen Gallagher has some sort of copyright on them?

Not a fan? If it's Terminus, I can understand. It's a bit... slowly... paced...

Ah, Space: 1999 syndrome, I know it well. I will admit, you have to be in the right mood for Warrior's Gate. The whole premise is very clever, but you need to be in that meditative, pre- Star Wars, early 1970s sci-fi mindset.

Count me in as someone who would way rather see Blood Harvest and Goth Opera adapted than a separate Romana E-Space story.
I only very recently read them - and thought they were both pretty good, as well as good candidates for adaptation should the novel range ever return.

Warrior's Gate always makes me nod off, i find it a bore to watch, I'd adapt Blood Harvest & Goth Opera but please no E-Space adventures or I'll end up comatosed.

I'd still like to hear a few 4th Dr/Adric adventures in E-space, very underused tardis team, I really liked the darker tone of Baker's last series and E-space seemed an interesting place BF could do more with.

I only very recently read them - and thought they were both pretty good, as well as good candidates for adaptation should the novel range ever return. I have never read them, but I was excited by the notion of them describing Romana's escape from E-Space. It is such a shame that Big Finish have gone off the idea of novel adaptations because these would appear to make a perfect package.
