I watched this show back in the day.. I will do some more research on this site and also check for a bookface page too.

Listened to The Trial of John Little. Good and nice to hear the cast back. For the continuity lovers, it fits in well immediately prior to The Greatest Enemy.
There were a lot of "humourous" reference to Tuck's obsession with food and eating, but it was the kind of humour my 8 and 6 year old children would have found funny. Once would have been ok but it was continual throughout the episode - even if it had been funny the first time, which it wasn't, by the end of the episode they were flogging a dead horse. Not only was it unfunny and tiresome, but it was inconsistent with the TV series which did not portray Tuck in that way. It wasn't bad enough to ruin the episode for me, but it did detract from my enjoyment

A little update. If anyone is looking for the Robin of Sherwood full cast/narrated stories from Spiteful Puppet, they're no longer available directly from Spiteful Puppet since they were bought out. Fortunately I have them already, but they can still be found here: www.audiobooksnow.com/publisher/Spiteful%20Puppet/

While the blurays of the show itself are now OOP since Network have gone bust, so anyone wanting the actual (brilliant) show? Get on it.
Famously the Kevin Costner film's writers nicked a few elements of the show, thinking it was always a part of the Hood lore, but it was made up for the Praed/Connery stuff.

I thoroughly enjoyed them, so subjectively yes. The majority of the releases are sort of Companion Chronicle/narrated, but some are full cast, such as Knights of the Apocalypse.
