Are we, and if so what do think will be in it?
I would expect either a single Dark Shadows title (Beyond the Grave) perhaps, or maybe reductions across the whole DS range. Maybe more Dorian?
Cheers
Tony

Beyond the Grave is this Month's Listeners Title and we've had 2 Free Dorian Gray Eps Trick or Treat (available to all) and The Enigma (available with the BF Newsletter) released within 2 days, so I doubt it.

And there is one!
Confessions of Dorian Gray: Series 1 and 2 (CD box set and download bundles both available, however they are exclusive to CD and download respectively) Note that there's also the free story Trick or Treat
Dark Shadows: Full Cast Season 1 Kingdom of the Dead box set (Full Cast season 2), both Full Cast season are available in a bundle Behind the scenes release Dark Shadows: The Legend Reborn (CD only)
Frankenstein: The Modern Prometheus
Doctor Who: 2011 Eighth Doctor and Mary Shelley trilogy (The Silver Turk, The Witch From The Well, Army of Death) Son of the Dragon Night Thoughts Ghost in the Machine The Time Vampire
Iris Wildthyme: The Land of Wonder Sarah Jane Smith: Ghost Town Jago & Litefoot: Series Two Blake's 7: Ghost Ship Sherlock Holmes: Holmes and the Ripper Sherlock Holmes: The Tangled Skein The Night of the Triffids The Louise Jameson reading of The Omega Factor
Personally, I can recommend the Dark Shadows full casts, as they are fantastic, with season 2 (Kingdom of the Dead), guest-starring David Warner as the big bad. Out of the Doctor Who ones the Mary Shelley trilogy, Son of the Dragon, Night Thoughts and Ghost in the Machine have to be the highlights. Jago & Litefoot is always top quality. The Sarah Jane Smith title is good, but it's not going to set the world on fire. Sherlock Holmes ones are great as well, as is Night of the Triffids.

Ooh. Some tempting offers there. I'm not as interested in individual titles from larger ranges as I could end up having to buy it again when I get the whole series as a bundle. J&L 2 looks good and Dorian Gray intrigues me. Weird that there's a download option but no download with the CD

Unfortunately the CD bundle has never been offered with complimentary downloads. Cheers Tony

To put in a good word for Ghost Town, it's a decent story. It does give you a feel for the dynamic between Sarah and James Joyce's Josh Townsend, the two main leads. It's a stand-alone story, plus its got Liz Sladen as Sarah Jane, so it's not a waste of time. Her husband, Brian Miller (Snakedance, SJA The Mad Woman in the Attic) also guest stars. It is a decent way to try out the range.

It's a much bigger sale than I thought we'd get. Fortunately I have most of them but I am tempted by Night Thoughts.
Cheers

After listening I ended up buying (and preordering) the rest I didn't get from the sale. Alexander Vlahos performance is enticing to say the least.

As with the "Big Finish Gems" special offer the Textbook Stuff products haven't been properly discounted for international customers? The price I'm seeing from my Canadian viewpoint is its regular price. I've e-mailed Ian@BigFinish.com; hopefully it will be amended before the "Boo Finish" special offer sale ends on Monday.
Which 1 of the 4 Textbook Stuff: Horror products on the Big Finish website should I try first? Does the music suite take-up a large portion of the Dracula download? I generally don't have an appreciation for music suites.
Any help will be appreciated, Jason

I'm not a fan of Dorian Gray or Dark Shadows. And I already own the sale-priced main range releases. The only ones I might consider would be Ghost in the Machine or The Time Vampire. One review on The **** ****** seems to indicate that The Time Vampire is the last story in a trilogy, though, and I haven't listened to the previous two stories, so maybe not that one.

One review on The **** ****** seems to indicate that The Time Vampire is the last story in a trilogy, though, and I haven't listened to the previous two stories, so maybe not that one. Out of those two, I'd recommend Ghost in the Machine. It's a simple, yet spooky story that really puts Jo (the last person you want in this situation) through the grinder. The Time Vampire is confusing. At this point it feels like Nigel Fairs was going more for big concepts rather than telling a coherent story. Style over substance. The same thing happened with the Fourth Doctor Adventure he helped Lousie Jameson writer, The Abandoned. Also, as you mention, it's the final story of a trilogy, so I'd wait for a CC sale that covers series 2-4 if you want that trilogy on sale. Louise Jameson does do a memorable accent though, so it's not totally all bad.

Thanks.
I'm postentially interested in the Iris Wildthyme and the Sarah Jane story, but I think I'll wait till I have the cash to get the bundles for those ranges, as they seem like a pretty good deal.

Are you going for the CD bundles for those? For a taste of what Sarah Jane Smith is like, it can't hurt to go for the download of Ghost Town. I got the CDs for the Dark Shadows full casts despite (or because) I had bought the downloads already ages ago and know that the CDs are worth it. One range that deserves attention is Sarah Jane Smith.
