Good news i final purchased a US Region Free copy of Undisputed 3 starring Scott Adkins from Amazon US.
The bad news however it cost me £37 quid.
I must be mad, i could've got the German import much cheaper but prefer the sleeves have English text (OCD).

An unboxin of The Band (my fave Band, which leads to a lot of confusion when people ask who my fave is) and their Super Deluxe Edtion of Cahoots, with review (of classic and remixed versions) and some more Band boxsets in the last third!

I finally got a nice copy of The Lord of the Rings! It's an Illustrated hardcover boxset w/ illustrations and nice, big, glossy pages. I've wanted a nice copy for years... until now all I had was an old, well-worn omnibus paperback w/ the movie tie-in cover. My daughter has a nice copy. All I have is the old original (well-worn) Ballantine paperback books with the fanciful illustrations. Believe me when I tell you the ones pictured here are in better condition than my books. Ooh, I love those! I need to hunt down my old Dune paperbacks... IIRC they're formatted the exact same way. Maybe the same publisher/era? Very nostalgic. Most of the SF I read as a kid came either from the library or this local used bookstore, which mostly had pretty worn paperbacks from the 70s and 80s (why there wasn't much from the 90s I have no idea). They were dirt cheap, too, so I wound up collecting a fair number. Most haven't survived, but I've still got a few, somewhere.....

There’s a horror movie called Alien? That’s really offensive. No wonder everyone keeps invading you.

Was browsing in our local dvd store and found a copy of Galaxy Quest that includes a “Thermian Audio Track.” My life is now complete.

I am not often doing Crowd Funding projects. But there was this awesome project for miniatures to use in tabletop games. Specifically, CHAOS miniatures to use as proxies for Warhammer 40k. (project name on Gamefound "Ravaged Star") I am a Chaos girl, and I fell in love with those, so I made a pledge for a whole bunch of demonic and demonically possessed horrors. They look amazing. And they will be so much fun to paint. Only downside- shipping for the pledge will be in October.
