Does anyone know if the errors on Season 18 for Region A are able to be fixed like Season 12 was?

Season 26 is back on Amazon.
Season 23 seems to be Sold Out, so another release that's going to pay for itself and probably make me some money.
Thank you, whoever decided to make these so limited.

I don't know whether this source is reliable, but other people on this forum seem to be taking the poster at their word: forum.blu-ray.com/showthread.php?t=320659Third post from the bottom says Australia will see the release of Season 10 on November 13th and Season 23 on December 4th. (Very fast turnaround between the two, though I image they're trying to make up for lost time )

It also makes it look like the Blue Peter and interview clips are part of the narrative and now I wish they were! These trailers have been a real highlight of the Season releases.

Not a terribly well done effort this time. I think a "less is more" approach would be better there but hey - what does it matter? No-one is on the fence for S23 - you're either buying it or not so it's more a virtual thread bump, a "don't forget to pre-order..." message.

Yes, all eyes on the courtroom door, Season 23 Zoom buyers - the Doctor has been dispatched and will arrive soon.
Evidence from the Matrix suggests that delivery will occur on Saturday, by the postie, with the doorbell!

After a shitty, horrible day - from work to a really horrid bus journey back home, I was feeling down. Then like a beacon in the darkness...there was a package waiting at my door. And in it - The Doctor. Always there for me when I'm worried I'm getting down... never cruel, never cowardly. Season 23, Trial Of A Timelord - out on bluray on Monday...but in my player tonight!

I think I surprised the postman by the speed the door opened this morning... not like I was there waiting or anything obviously, I just happened to be standing right by the door when he rang. It's pure coincidence that I happened to have seen him coming from several houses away...

This Court of Enquiry is now in Session...though it may become a Trial.

A question I've been meaning to ask for ages but never got around to posting: I seem to recall reading somewhere that Planet of the Daleks: Episode 3 had undergone a new colourisation for the Blu-Ray release. Was that true? If so, how does it compare to the version released on DVD? Also, is there a special feature detailing what they did to restore it this time, like there was when it was released on DVD (if it was indeed colourised differently, that is)?

There's slightly less colour hue around the edges but that's about it. I Think the Info Text on EP is updated with details of the process used for the Blu-Ray.

Thanks for that I don't usually use the Info Texts but I might for that episode. I know they're probably very interesting but I normally find myself too absorbed in the story to take the time to read them (lazy, I know ).

No special feature but yes as Mark says the edges are more subtle - that's also true of where 'edging' in other stories was caused by the normal CSO, I think.
What struck me most about this set, visually, was how very vividly coloured the studio sections of 'Carnival of Monsters' and 'Planet of the Daleks' are. They always were 'bright' stories but now moreso and I think it fits them perfectly. Spirodon looks horribly livid and alive, just as Terry Nation imagined it, a planet best left to the Spirodons who've evolved to cope with that seething jungle.
And the interior of the Miniscope practically glows along all those columns and power lines, and Shirna and Vorg are more spectacular than ever against the official dullness of Inter Minor. Even the triumvirate look especially blue-grey on blu-ray!

When I'd done the first DVD viewing with any new effects, I normally did a second view with the commentary and info text on and the 'original' version of the story (if there was a difference) and soaked up all the info in one go!
In almost every case the DVD commentaries were of the pre-reprocessed versions I think, certainly pre-effects, so I enjoy watching what they're watching and seeing the original model work etc.
