Just noticed this and the other Jackie Short Trip have been suddenly pulled from the schedules, now listed as TBA, with The Turn of the Screw and Erasure in their places.
Strange.

The fact that this happened in the same week the first Jackie short trip was meant to be released makes me think it's a legal issue. I hope not.

How strange...
The Siege of Big Ben is now listed on the November 2018 page & this release on December 2018 on the What's New page.

On their product pages they're listed as TBA - I think the system defaults to putting them at the end of the year if it can't find a release date (The Eleventh Doctor Chronicles are also down for December 2018 on the What's New page).

I seem to remember there being talk of Big Finish having trouble getting permission for the Jago & Litefoot short trips because the short trips are usually classed as audio books, not audio dramas, and Big Finish only have the rights to produce new series audio dramas. I think the reason that Jago and Litefoot tell the story to an audience in the story is so that they can be classed as audio dramas, maybe the Jackie short trips need to be changed to make them more drama and less book. I heard about all this ages ago so it might be a bit wrong.

We will hopefully get an explanation, or at least an update on the fate of these two, when The Turn of the Screw is released later this week...

At a guess, I'd have said it was less to do with the new series licence and more the use of the Metacrisis Doctor. That said, would seem odd to pull them after they’ve been written, recorded, and, presumably, edited. Perhaps it’s something the new team in Cardiff are vetoing.

How strange... The Siege of Big Ben is now listed on the November 2018 page & this release on December 2018 on the What's New page. Interestingly they've also changed the "Release #" part of their blurbs to match the number they would be were they released in those months - makes me think they're hoping to get them out at that time, but aren't sure (hence the TBD)

A Short Trip to start off the month? Well, that is unusual.
