I've listened to the (four) trailers in the podcast and I want to hear all of these releases right now! 'ATA Girl' and 'Shilling and Sixpence' sound exactly like I hoped they would, 'Cicero' we know already and 'Jeremiah Bourne' keeps sounding better the more I hear of & about it. I reckon that £99 bundle is looking even better value all the time.

Well, I missed the bundle deal. Whoops. Me too. My reasons were pay-day-related. I wonder if in future, Big Finish could perhaps organise their very welcome discounts for the end of the month, when people get some money injected into their account? Just an idea if anyone from BF is reading ...

It's too bad the Originals range isn't giving us a full series of Nev Fountain's Mervyn Stone mysteries.

Atta Girl sounds great and I love hearing these women within their space and their relationships with each other are complicated.
Honestly, I love Jermiah Bourne in Time already. It's wonderfully completely madcap and bizzare, with some very sharp edges. This can't come soon enough. Really looking forward to Cicero as a full-fledged series.
I can't wait for Shilling and Sixpence and I love Ceila Immire and David Warner's dynamic already. I particularly enjoy that it doesn't feel particularly gendered despite the time period and that their dynamic isn't being played for comedy. I'm not denying that this isn't going to inform stories, of course it is or the forging of their partnership, but it's a great move.

Shilling and Sixpence is the only one I'm especially nervous about as I run very hot & cold over Nigel Fairs work.

He's written some absolute zingers for the Sapphire and Steel and Tomorrow People range, but also some things that haven't particularly grabbed me (his finale for S & S, for example undermined both the audio range and his own terrific earlier work). So I share your feelings on this. However, Celia Imrie and David Warner had me from the word go!

Tomorrow People had already gone OOP when I started, so I can't speak to that. I'm looking more at his Companion Chronicles installments. And I will agree, David Warner & Celia Imrie go a long way for me as well.

To be fair, that wasn't supposed to be the end of the range, and by all accounts things would have been further explained in the next series of audios. It's unfortunate that that's where the rug got pulled.

As I recall, there was some doubt we were even getting a third series of Sapphire and Steel after sales dwindled for Series Two. Happy to be wrong though! I know The Tomorrow People was axed by outside influences and was intended to carry on.

It's one of those shows that as an American I came to the TV series very late and by then Big Finish had already had stopped producing the series. This is also the first time I'm hearing that the end to Sapphire and Steel was intended to continue and the ending it got wasn't supposed to be the end period.

ATA Girl cover now includes the title and cast. Also, am I counting correctly at 21 cast members [total]? Twice as many as we'd expect from a four-disc release containing four hour-long episodes.
