That was excellent. I forgot Arthur Darvill was in this, did not recognise his voice at all, got a shock when his name was read out at the end. I am liking the new credits. I was quite surprised to hear his name as the creepy Layton. Quite a surprise It was great and in the interviews you hear that the name Davey Russell was John Barrowman's idea. I'm still confused about Eve Myles. I thought she didn't have time for Torchwood and that was why she was written out, but she keeps on coming back in various projects including special Torchwood ones. This one was done with most of the team in remote locations and I guess they want the whole team together for the continuing adventures? Anyway, I am glad we did get her here.

She doesn't have time to be a main cast member on a 12-episode, continuing series. (That's a lot of recording days.) But the Main Range or Specials - that only require a one day commitment every so often - is fine.

Just popping in to add my kudos, this was an excellent series! BF is of course consistently great, but this release was one of their stand-outs!

You know, now that you mention it, I actually do rather like Attack of the Cybermen ...

Very good. Arthur Darvill's character did not turn out how I imagined based on the pre-publicity, but fantastic to have the original team back together.

That was pretty good. The structure was very well put together, and the final scenes were very well written. Great to hear the TV cast united again, all the characters getting good material. Really did feel like a movie-length Series 1/2 story.

I’ve just given this a second listen and it holds up really well. Better in fact the second time around, I’d say. Love the interaction between the cast. Big Finish really get Torchwood, I have to say.
More from this era please!
