I really didn't like this story when I first heard it, so much so I switched it off after about 10 minutes. I think I'd just (unsuccessfully) tried The Helliax Rift, so maybe it was a hangover from that.
However, on a second listen I did enjoy it. Eric Drazen is a good character, totally up his own backside but I like his 'time is money...and I'm the money' attitude. Willoway, Mathew Sharpe and the beleaguered TV presenter all add to the mix and the story is interesting without being particularly ground breaking.
A very good Doctor Who to tuck in to for a couple of hours. 7 out of 10.

BF invested a lot of time in publicising Sharpe and the character, which didn't go anywhere. I did wonder if we'd see him again in any subsequent releases, but nothing as of yet. Pity as I'd like to have seen the relationship with the character and Sixie develop. Though I'd also like to see 7 meet him at some point... That incarnation is a bit less forgiving...

It was only th9nking back and I wondered if there were plans for the character of Mathew (is it one or two t’s lol) but given a companion betraying the Doctor was already being done in the 4th Doctor Boxset if this might have been abandoned but I thought Sixie was very very cold (brilliant though by Colin)

Also, the Hopkins trilogy ended up going down the same road, so perhaps BF thought it would be a very repetitive story arc. Would love to see Sharpe back again - either against 7 (after betrayal) or against 5 (pre-betrayal but scheming - especially if he took advantage of that incarnation post-Adric)
