It seems unnecessary to comment after so much time has passed.
One is not required to comment on everything that is irritating. Sometimes it's better to just pass it by, especially when it's something from so long ago.
So you are saying there is an expiration date on what we should be commmenting on. And I disagree, I still find the remarks stunningly insulting and shining a light on them to be a completely necessary thing.
I'm not saying there's an expiration date. It's an unnecessary dig.

"ATA Girl is a drama inspired by the real women of the Air Transport Auxiliary during WWII. From the UK and beyond, a hundred and sixty eight female pilots, alongside the men, transported a vast range of aircraft from the factories to the squadrons, sometimes flying in perilous weather conditions and without radios or instrument instruction."
Very good production, but I did have issues with the framing sequences. I didn't like Tilly's story at all and thought it would have been better without it. I enjoyed the framing sequences in the first set, but this just took me out of the story every time. I think it was supposed to parallel the stories of the ATA women, but it just didn't work for me.
I really enjoyed Series 2 It was some serious drama. I'd forgotten how hard-hitting the first series was but while this series could also be brutal, I think it was a nice shake-up to Big Finish's regular output. I do have the same issue I had with the first series though - I really couldn't tell half of the characters apart until halfway through episode two. There were simply too many of them. I was constantly getting the names confused and even having the different accents didn't help me attach names to voices. It wasn't distracting enough to cause me to lose track of what was going on though, so I wouldn't let that put anyone off from listening. Just be prepared for some disturbing material.
