A story that is very relevant and probably more now than in 1999/2000. The idea of a creature creating fear and preying on it is a unique idea and actually quite terrifying. Imagine something like that now - could do real damage.
Exactly the sort of story that McCoy's Doctor should have. Well written and well scripted. Definitely a prototype for Live-34 (another excellent story). Should be released in a box set with Live-34.
Have re-listened to this several times. The Harper character always sends tingles down my spine - especially the opening as you can easily imagine any politician saying the same things. I'd love to see this adapted to the new series - especially with a social media threat added in as well.
