A chilly enough story on its own, and a fantastic teaser for Bloodlust whether or not you have any previous Dark Shadows experience. If you haven't heard it, it's free and only sixteen minutes long, so why are you not getting it if you haven't got it already?

I think this was the first Big Finish Dark Shadows release I listened to. I didn't love it and it creeped me out enough that I ended up avoiding most of Dark Shadows. I have a couple of other Dark Shadows releases that I got as freebies or cheap that I will listen to eventually, though. You never know, they might change my mind.

This was fantastic. The second Dark Shadows I listened to that really sucked me in. (the first being Beyond the Grave)

I had no odea it was a prequel so I made sure to listen to it before I start up Bloodlust. I really liked it. Unsettling and brief. Also I couldn't help but notice it was an English main character and was immediately impressed by BF cleverly working cost effective casting into a really great story.
I've heard Bloodlust episode 1 and can't wait to meet more POC characters as well as apparently the first gay Dark Shadows character. Well the second if you count Roger.(and I definitely do!)
