I hadn’t seen the above notification, so this came as a big surprise when I turned the page of my Total TV Guide and found the Tom Baker interview in their Radio Week section.
Doesn’t seem to be any link to anything on the Radio this week!
It’s an impressive two page article.

A few years ago when Peter Davison was in Australia hosting a series of live music events- showing certain Nu Who scenes with a live orchestra.. He was on all the talk shows talking about his time on Who, talking about doing audio plays.. yet not once did he utter the 3 words "Big Finish Productions".. Quite often too when talking to media they'll just say "radio" too which...yeah. Not great. Makes it sound like they're doing work for Radio 4's plays rather than BF. I get that it's kinda all gravy to a lot of actors who do audiowork, they record in the same kinda booths for the BBC, BF, Bafflegab, Audible, TV voiceover, adverts - whatever. But it's always nice when Big Finish get their due. Tom is often very complimentary without being asked, he's old school - still hustling his audios. On the musical events, I saw the Symphonic Spectacular (as they were called - not very catchy) and it was a FANTASTIC night. Davison was the emcee for that round too (others have done it including Alex Kingston and Mark Williams - Michelle Gomez was supposed to do the US leg but that got cancelled and never rescheduled). Davison was the best for me as he went to quite a bit of effort to tailor his banter for the local crowds. Nice little touch that he didn't need to do but made him seem more involved. I was able to meet Murray Gold and Ben Foster backstage and it was great to be able to thank Murray for his scores which have not been off my devices since 2006 (there wasn't a soundtrack for S1 in 2005 but we got a mish-mash of S1-Runaway Bride in 2006).

The Australian is a right wing "newspaper" that I wouldn't buy even if it came with a lost Hartnell episode.

I don't know the publication but I do know how some on the British left react to the merest mention of the Sun, Mail and Express. We can agree or disagree with content, but we're not China to ban legal media on the grounds we just don't like their editorial line - or to try to make people feel guilty for any mention of them.

Damm BF Retweeted about the Article 1st Sorry for inadvertent offence it may've caused Regards mark687 It's okay, you weren't to know and the article itself is sound. Things are pretty tense (and, hell, terse) with News Corp media, and have been for a number of years, for agitating intolerance and misinformation here. There's a former conservative prime minister who asserts he was ousted because he wasn't kowtowing strongly enough to the owner of the outlet (you might know him, he runs Fox News).

Personally I do not click on any links here to the Daily Mail.
