Despite the satellite stuff, I thoroughly enjoyed the adventure. It was very exciting. At first I was disappointed with what they did with Daniel Hopkins, but it is interesting to see his arc from Helliax Rift to this to whatever the third part of the Hopkins trilogy will be.
Very nice BTS material in the extras including some of the material that Steve Foxon put on the webpage.

Little bit behind, but just listened to this. I don’t have a particular nostalgia or fondness for the 80’s Cybermen, so I was indifferent to the story featuring this particular variation, but it was really good to have them back. Very pleasantly surprised.
Great story, loved the insights into Cyber conversion and found the Cybermen’s plan really intriguing. Colin is on good form and I rather like the new UNIT in this release, whereas The Heliax Rift did very little for me.
I think the real highlight is the sound design. It’s excellent.
Great stuff!

About halfway through this so far. David Banks sounds very emotional for a cyberman in some parts

Is it? I don't remember them being that emotional. I know the one in Revenge was fairly emotional but I never had the 80's version down as emotional. Maybe I'm misremembering, haven't watched an 80's cyber story for a while

Really enjoyed this. I'd love to have the 80's cyberman back again at some point. Maybe even the Revenge era Cybermen. For a while I thought old sixie was going a bit off the boil and his companions were a bland Wren and a Lucy Miller lite but these last couple of solo adventures have shown me that Collywobble hasn't missed a step and maybe he needs either some more solo adventures or a brand new companion

My favorite Six story in quite a while. It all really worked well for me. I love a good Cybermen story where they're creepy and relentless. Excellent score, too. It felt of the era, but also fresh.

Since I recently did Warlocks Cross(and actually LIKING it) thought I would jump back in time I really enjoyed this tale on release and loved having the Banks version of the Cybermen very akin emotion wise to the recent developments in Series 12 main cyber villain.I would still enjoy a Peter story with these versions with Tegan .

Got to say though....this one is better I didn’t think we had enough stories with Marc to make a real impact on me personally but am a pretty emotionless individual anyway. I think people protest to much about conversion didn’t do me any harm
