Just downloaded it! 😁 And speaking of all the extras, I wonder why the PDF scripts aren't included?

If you're quick, Nick's asking for thoughts on this to quote in the podcast. I've put my two cents in and mentioned Tony is a member of a thriving fan community like that was mentioned in the last podcast.

It came out an hour ago - bit quick of Nick to ask for fan feedback, even for the members who DL and listen to everything straight away they'll not be done till about lunchtime.

I'm sure he is...but you've got to listen first! Or just review the cover and synopsis I guess.

Or go by the drama tease from the podcast like I did.

Such a shame really, as I love reading them (as digital files which saves more money). But I do acknowledge the reasons.

Hi All! Hope you're enjoying this boxed set. As a side note, I'll be releasing my full music suite sometime early to mid July. It will be released via band camp under a "pay what you like" price tag with 70% the money going to the MNDA charity (link below). I'll be taking some choice cues from the set and turning them into an album for you to download. www.mndassociation.org/Cheers all! Keep being awesome. Rob

Yep, agreed there. The Curator’s Egg is a lot of fun and a great story for Polly. Nice to have Frazer in for the Doctor as well, albeit briefly.

Say, does anyone know what's happening regarding the competition to win a copy of the artwork? Is that something that's going to be announced in the upcoming podcast or something like that?

The Curator's Egg was quite good! Hines playing The Doctor in a sans-Jamie story was nice, and I feel the Jurassic Park parallels were nicely topical, given the next film comes out in a couple days. Even the whole Utahraptor thing, given that they were inadvertently the breakout dino stars of the first JP film, due to happy coincidence. Mild annoyance though, Utahraptors weren't discovered until 1975, and weren't classified until 1993. I understand that this story is written in the present, and takes place in the future, but Idk, I had a mild pang of irk over them talking about something that wouldn't have discovered during the Second Doctor's time on television yet. But! You shouldn't let that bother you. And really, I got over it very quickly

How many movie homages in there great stuff
Elliot Chapman again plays a blinder in multiple Roles and Anneke Willis can switch seamlessly between narration and performance.

A particularly interesting and excellent set of stories all around. My favorites have to be Dumb Waiter and The Tactics of Defeat, but I think very highly of the other two as well - most notably The Curator's Egg both for being so wonderfully charming and so creepy at the same time. Anneke is as always a most enjoyably compelling narrator, and I also really enjoyed hearing both Elliot and Louise doing other sorts of roles here - it's really quite impressive that they got me to these accept these characters at all, let alone so easily.
I think it says a great deal about the quality of Tactics both that it was strong enough to close the set with, and that it's able to give such stiff competition (in my reckoning, at least) to a story like Dumb Waiter that I'm bound to be totally head-over-heels about. (Dumb Waiter alone would have been worth the price of my admission). I really hope the range can continue to live up to the high standards that have been consistently set with Ian Atkins at the helm.
