Does anyone know who said the line at the end of the trailer? To me it sounds like {Possible Spoiler?} The headteacher played by Pooky Quesnel but she isn't listed in the cast

Listened to Gifted, was impressed! Good focus on April and Ram

Yeah, listening to it at the moment and it's really good. As they said (Scott?) the audio format and the fact that they don't have to use every character in every episode work really well, as they can have more intimate episodes and explore the relationships between the characters.
PS: Does anyone have a clue when this one is set? Ram's thing with football makes it sound like it could be after Coach with the Dragon Tattoo, but they talk about Shadowkin stuff (referring to April), and I doubt they would talk so lightly about it before the midseason two-parter. Could both volumes be set right after said two-parter? ETA: Actually I don't think April and Ram are together yet in Gifted, so it must be either before or after Nightvisiting.

See, this is all the TV show had to be Gifted was great! I was ever so slightly sceptical that Big Finish wouldn't win me over with Class, but I was sound in believing that they could do it. I don't really have much more to say than that. It was properly enjoyable, which is more than I can say for most of the TV episodes (sadly, as I wanted to like them). Re chronological placement, I wouldn't think it would make much sense for this to be pre- Co-Owner of a Lonely Heart as April and Ram's relationship didn't really started until then, so this would have to be set before Detained. That doesn't really fit with the internal chronology of the show though, as that's supposed to be set one day after Brave-ish Heart. Or maybe I'm missing something? (It's been about 5 months since I watched it, but I do have a fairly good memory of the series)

However, iirc, they are at the start of Co-Owner of a Lonely Heart. So this could have been the catalyst. (I wish I was still in the UK so I could watch these episodes on Netflix to help me remember.) Also, getting Ace vibes from Tanya in Life Experience XD

It’s not really clear whether or not Ram and April are dating in Episode 4, though it seemed like early days. My guess is that they’re supposed to have been dating between Nightvisiting when they first start having romantic feelings for each other and Episode 4. In Episode 5, Dorothea tells Quill to meet her in the school gym on Monday, so I’d guess there’s probably only a weekend between Episode 5 an some 6/7, then The Lost takes place a week after but I don’t think any of the characters see each other between the end of Detained and when Quill wakes up in the Lost. So really the only gap we’ve got that isn’t really small is between Episode 1 and 4.

Well, that buys a couple of days then As for Quill's unconsciousness, I'm pretty sure that was three weeks, so that gives some time for the others but, like you say, it didn't seem like any of the characters were on good terms during that period.

I try to be one of the people that doesn't care about this stuff but I overthink it a lot. In episode 4/5 the new headteacher mentions that she will see Ram "tomorrow" meaning that it's not set on the Friday of that week because then they wouldn't have school the next day. If you place these episodes on the Monday that gives a week between episode 4/5 and 6/7 for "Gifted" to go. Gifted is definitely between 5 and 6 because Quill is mentioned and the current headteacher is a "she". (Of course you could always have more time between 5 and 6 if you just say that the preparation for the arn removal took longer than expected) EDIT: Forgot to mention that I've really enjoyed what I've heard so far and hope there's more to come

Finished Gifted and Life Experience. Off to a good start. The characters are re-captured well.
I'm tentatively placing this between Nightvisiting and Co-Owner of a Lonely Heart. April and Ram's relationship seems to be in early stages and I don't think the series time frame really gives much of a gap after Brave-ish Heart. As for the reference to a headmistress-well presumably someone must have filled in briefly between Mr Armitage and the Govenor's appointee, so perhaps this one's a deputy or something.

Tell Me You Love Me
Very good use of the audio format. Well thought out menace and the characters all play off each other well.
Volume 1's proven a pretty solid step back into Class, now onto Volume 2.

Wow, the end of Tell Me You Know me Love Me is quite something, isn't it? Really shows the lengths Quill is willing to go to for survival (and to some extent, save Charlie).
