What franchises have audio adaptations that are official? Preferably on CD. There's massive ranges of things, I think you need to be more specific, either about a genre, or perhaps production style, or... well anything, but generally speaking there are a huge number of audio adaptions, pretty much all of which are official, because otherwise they would be in breach of copyright.

Well I’m interested in learning about new audio dramas based on things I already like. Recently learnt about the Alien ones, and I know of a few others, but just wanted to see if anyone knew any that stood out.
Also, there are tons of fan productions of various things, but I want to know about officially licenced ones.

I can't recommend any audio about things you already like, as I have no idea what you already like. And as I say, they are basically all officially licenced and certainly so if they are commercially available, otherwise people would get getting sued left right and centre.

I feel like I’m getting lost in translation somewhere lol. When I say licenced I mean as in based on tv shows, comics, books, films, things like that. I want to know of any titles people know about. As a example, I didn’t know about the Alien audios until just recently.

I think Jason's point is if you can think of a franchise that you are interested in and you go on Amazon and search for those audios, then any on sale there would generally be officially licensed. But you haven't said what franchise you are specifically looking for, so nobody can tell you if there are officially licensed audios for that property, or not. So, what are you interested in?

Anything. Literally anything, I want to know what exists.

Take a look at Amazon or Audible for something that you're interested in so, and see what the search results return. Chances are, those titles would be officially licensed!
Audible themselves have started doing their own X-Files and Alien audio dramas under their 'Audible Original' banner. They are definitely worth checking out if you like The X-Files or Aliens.
Graphic Audio in the US have licensed some Marvel and DC titles too, some of which are very good.
