Let's ease up on all the serious chatter with something light and goofy: name something trivial and small in an episode that you can't help but like.
I just love Four walking around with a lion head in Mandragora. That's such a quintessentially Doctor thing to do.

From the Twitch marathon: the Doctor doffing his hat as he walks between Mordred and Ancelyn's swordfight. (Can we get a petition for the Lawnmower of Rassilon?)

There’s a horror movie called Alien? That’s really offensive. No wonder everyone keeps invading you.

Five calling out "Eureka!" In The Five Doctors when the TARDIS doors open. Just an acknowledgment from him that his ship isn't as infallible as he likes/wants to believe

The moment in Pyramids of Mars where the Doctor and Sarah are walking along and do an about face at the exact same time when they see a mummy will never fail to put a smile on my face.

God...tonnes. Off the top of my head;
Ian's double take when The Doctor casually mentions his engagement in The Aztecs.
Troughton's face when Jamie points out they're on the island in The Dominators.
Pertwee's humble pie at the end of Inferno.
The Fourth Doctor not getting the way Chang kills the agent with the "trick" in Talons.
The way Davison tosses off the "Into the TARDIS" line at the end of the Five Doctors.
The way Paul Darrow enters for the first time in Timelash. He's in a panto.
Sylv's ummm....ummm....brown coat.

When the Doctor rides a bicycle past a group of students singing Chattanooga ChooChoo in Shada.
I read the book first so I thought it was a Douglas Adams thing, but it turns out a student overheard them in a pub planning the shoot for the next day and asked if he and his friends could be in it.

I rewatched The Leisure Hive recently and that is wall-to-wall great random moments.
The Doctor is RIPPED APART by the machine with greenscreen, the Foamasi EATS the translator and then speaks with the other person's English Gentleman voice and also this exchange:
MINA: It won't be habitable for three centuries. DOCTOR: Really? Why, how long did the war last? MINA: Twenty minutes. DOCTOR: As long as that.
Oh man when I looked that up I realise I forgot the bit where K9 rolls purposely into the water and Romana screams his name in utter terror. It's hilarious.

Ok ok. Face of Evil. The bit where four holds someone hostage with a jelly baby.

Aw! How about Sylv's wistful 'Love has never been known for its ... rationality,' line in Delta and the Bannermen? Lovely.
Oh yes, and Sarah watching horrified as a robotic Egyptian mummy rhythmically tries to free itself from an animal trap in Pyramids of Mars. Scared me as a youngster, that.

Tom Baker breaking the fourth wall at the start of The Face of Evil when he didn’t need to always makes me laugh.
Most “would you like a jelly baby” scenes.
At the end of part 2 of The Visitation where the Doctor is threatened with execution and he says “Oh no, not again”.
The Two Doctors part 1, the Doctor falls down through the space station scaffolding and lands on a load of wires. Apart from it’s not the Doctor at all, is it, it’s a dummy dressed up as Colon Baker.
Remembrance of the Daleks, the “no coloureds” sign in the B&B window is a really tiny detail but it’s really haunting.
TVM, the TARDIS stops dematerialising and the Doctor whacks the console, making it go again. I love that bit.

Never can I ever watch that scene with a friend without someone yelling " Death before dishonour!" If no one else does it, I do. -- The Time Meddler's "What do you mean, 'maybe'? What do you think it is? A space helmet for a cow, hmm?" The Second Doctor trying to show off to Zoe in The Krotons, then flunking the aptitude test by hitting the wrong switches. The TV Movie's pitch-perfect: "These shoes! They fit perfectly, yes!" Tegan's increasingly sarcastic rebuffs to the Terileptil leader in The Visitation ("You'll have to ask my tailor about that..."). Peri's response to polygamy on The Mysterious Planet: "Oh, it's very similar on my planet, except we usually have them one at a time." The Third Doctor's "Pity, that was rather a good vintage," after it's been cracked over the head of an Ogron in Day of the Daleks.

The Third Doctor, a bit exasperated with his new assistant: 'I thought you took Science 'A' Level?' Jo: 'I didn’t say I passed!'

There are so many, so I'm just going to give some 2nd Doctor era moments.
1) The Three Doctors, when the Second Doctor is telling Benton he'll keep the creature safe by "feed[ing] it with useless information... I wonder if I have a television set handy..."
2) Every time the Doctor and Jamie are held at gunpoint and put their hands all the way up.
3) The Invasion, when Jamie gets in through the rear driver’s side door, slides over to the passenger side, gets out and then hops in the front passenger seat, smiling back at the person who was going to sit there.

The Invasion - The Doctor goes into a sewer flips a coin to see which way he should go and ignores it’s decision

Doctor vs Foam in The Seeds of Death. Troughton's face as it builds towards him is glorious.
The Doctor just popping in to grab Peri after Jek and Morgus die in Caves of Androzani. Quickest summation of who the Doctor is, whilst others battle over power, glory and revenge, he's just there looking to save a life.

I now really want a Saturday matinee of Antimatter ABCs. I feel sorry for whoever's holding the boom.

No, I remember, the wife and I loved this.
Fang Rock.
They're in the room part-way up the tower strategizing/waiting. One woman keeps screaming at everything, in a very tropey manner. Leelass screams "oh, SHUT UP!" as she slaps the screamer.
