Just finished the box set and very glad I splashed out. A lovely set of anniversary stories indeed!
That Jo Grant story though... talk about emotional. No, YOU’VE got a tear in your eye... anyway, where are my tissues...
Also, wasn’t Three great? I haven’t listened to the Third Doctor Adventures, but I want to now, having heard his and Katy’s performances. Wonderful stuff!

Finished listening
Relative Time - a good solid episode, very enjoyable. Not a lot of comments to make. Enjoyed Dad giving his daughter a driving lesson. Five speaking to Jenny at the end reminded me of Time Crash.
Avenue of Possibilities - a great story. Jonathan Morris is probably my favourite BF writer of the last 20 years, so I was glad he was amongst the writers on this release. I spent too much time trying to place it in the timeline, at the expense of simply enjoying the story.
Collision Course - Fantastic. A worthy celebration of BF and that is saying something. What I liked best about this story was that it was fairly straightforward. When I got to the end and all the Drs turned up, to my surprise, I felt relieved as I was listening. I realised that I had been expecting something very timey wimey about paradoxes, with a lot going on, hard to follow and requiring my full concentration. Instead we got something that featuring all the Doctors that was, simple, straightforward and absolutely glorious. Well done, Guy Adams. The story of early Gallifreyan time travelling pioneers crashing and paradoxes resulting did remind me a lot of the early NA Time's Crucible.
Overall a fantastic release and a worthy celebration.

Don't normally post comments on the extras but I listened to them over the weekend. The last bit were people talked about what BF meant to them was interesting, Surprisingly to me, Helen Goldwyn's was the most touching. MIghe have been nice to have heard from Jason or even Gary Russell since they are such important parts of the BF story.
Reflecting on The Legacy of Time, it is a fantastic celebration, but a perhaps little too skewed towards the second 10 years. Erimeem, Hex would have been nice. Ad perhaps something to do with Dalek Empire - the Dr has met Suzy and Kalendorf, maybe we could have had Alby Brook. But that's just nit-picking, they can't have everyone in it.

I keep forgetting to bring it up, but I think Alexandria Riley must deserve a round of applause for how little I suspected it was her until I read the cast list.

Helen Goldwyn also posted a really touching thread on twitter about what Big Finish has done for her. I'll go digging to see if I can find it. EDIT: Found it! Click through to read and all that.

Like you say, Can’t have everything and everyone. I very much enjoyed all of the stories as a celebratory piece it was very much that.

Is anyone else in Australia still waiting for a copy that they preordered?
Mine hasn’t arrived yet (and if it’s sold out that’s not a good sign for a replacement)

From our previous discussions, I seem to get my CDs at least one week faster than you (for whatever reason). I'm sure there's some sort of explanation, but we can't hope for the Post Office to provide it in any speedy manner

I guess I'll just have to wait a little longer. Shipping to here (Sydney) from the UK is always unpredictable.

First on the Big Boxsets to go OOP isnt it? 2nd 10th and Donna Vol 1 went after 6-8 months of release
Legacy is the fastest one though just over 1 month after release and almost a year to the day of being made available for Pre-Order
