I'll have to settle for the cheap digital versions when I can, but damn, I wish I had the $45 to spare for the special edition. With my limits, I can't justify that for three stories, though. :\

I pre-ordered the book edition without even reading anything else in the article! The extras they’ve included this time around, with costume designs and storyboards, sound fantastic. So much better than another documentary, or a trailer followed by a behind the scenes clip.
The stories themselves sound great. Nice writing lineup there.

What a surprise! - well, they really kept that one up their sleeve didn't they! Fan me gently with an old red bobble hat until I come round from the shock someone...  
(Good, we didn't have to wait too long for the official announcement and pre-orders!)
Pre-ordered the limited edition, it goes without saying. (I didn't get the LE CD for vol 1 when they were available and I've regretted not buying it - and this one sounds an extra-special presentation with the book design extras.)
Really like the synopses and authors too, good variety. And Wilf!

Very much looking forward to this, I thought Volume 1 was excellent and Volume 2 was good too so I've got high hopes. Also nice to see a different combination of writing team which I think always helps. While I've not heard his world's of Doctor Who releases bar Class, I've always enjoyed Roy Gill's contributions to the Dark Shadows and Dorian ranges that I've heard so nice to see him on the team.
