I would place The Secret in Vault 13 before The Good Doctor.
Secret in Vault 13 takes place a few weeks after Arachnids in the UK and the group are still getting to know each other, but have been on many adventures. Graham even questions the Doctor if she should be interfering in the affairs of other societies, whereas he has no qualms about what they do in The Good Doctor. Whereas in the Good Doctor, The team feels much more tightly knit and seem to know each other better.

Chasing the SunFirst story in Star Tales Anthology. It seems to be set early on in Series 11, but the Doctor tells Yaz a story involving the Eleventh Doctor. That’s All Right, MamaSecond story in Star Tales Anthology. Picks up immediately where the end of Arachnids in the UK left off. Einstein and the DoctorThird Story in Star Tales Anthology. Set after Demons of the Punjab, but otherwise arbitrary. Who-dini
Arbitrary. Fourth Story in Star Tales Anthology. The Pythagoras ProblemArbitrary, but it leads directly into Mission of the KaaDok. Fifth story in Star Tales Anthology. Mission of the KaaDokSixth Story in Star Tales Anthology. It references That’s All Right, Mama. {At Childhood’s End} Resolution is referenced. It’s set in 2020. The Fam know the Doctor used to be a man so it’s after Spyfall. Ace talks to Yaz about Cybermen so probably after Fugitive of the Judoon. I’d personally put it between Praxeus and Can You Hear Me? The Good Doctor
It’s set before It Takes You Away, but Ryan almost calls Graham grandad, suggesting he’s started thinking of him that way but hasn’t admitted it yet. Combat MagicksI think there’s a reference where Graham says he should start carrying food around with him which would put it before It Takes You Away, but I might have that wrong. Citation NeededThis might sit better right before The Battle of Ranskoor Av Kolos as the TARDIS discovers Tzim Sha’s plot with the Ux and tries to warn the Doctor. Molten Heart
Ryan calls Graham grandad, and Combat Magicks is referenced. The Secret in Vault 13Now I know that I’m backtracking a bit from what I previously said, but actually I think that the best place for this might be after The Battle of Ranskoor Av Kolos after all. The line about it being a few weeks since they left Earth might’ve been from earth’s perspective if that makes sense. Because there’s actually another reference saying that Team TARDIS have been travelling together for months, and Ryan calls Graham his grandad. Also the present day is still 2018 so it would be before Resolution. Although the Fam know that the Doctor used to be a man and know she’s a Time Lord and all that, so it’s a bit dodgy in the continuity department. WarmongerTeam TARDIS encounter Berakka Dogbolter On Gatan. Herald of MadnessTeam TARDIS meet the Herald, learn about the Children of Chaos and find an entrance to the Catastrophia. The Power of the MoboxTeam TARDIS meet Mother G. Mistress of Chaos
Berakka Dogbolter skews the events of The Warmonger and The Power of the Mobox to make the Doctor look bad. Mother G and various characters from Herald of Madness return. The Children of Chaos appear and the identity of the Herald is revealed. Team TARDIS visit the Catastrophia. The Rhino of Twenty-Three Strand StreetThe Doctor appears to be travelling alone. Time LapseIt’s April 2019 and the fam learn about the Time Agency for the first time. A New BeginningTeam TARDIS encounter Time Agents. They meet Schulz, Perkins and the Hoarder for the first time. Meet the FamA New Beginning is recent. This is later revealed to be a false memory in Holiday Special. Hidden Human History2019 is the current year and Ryan calls Graham grandad. They meet Schulz and Perkins again. Old FriendsTeam TARDIS encounter the Corsair. The Hoarder, Schulz and Perkins turn up again too. Holiday Special / Time Out of Mind
The Fam talk about their encounter with the Corsair as though it happened fairly recently. Graham mentions that he’s got a Christmas dinner to get to, suggesting that it’s set around Christmas time 2019. Team TARDIS have made a few time jumps since Meet the Fam.

Definietly agree with a lot of the Titan Year one/DWM stories being in the gap between Resolution and Spyfall.
Though i do think that The Tenth Doctor crossover one may be after Spyfall and Orphan 55 as in Spyfall Graham says he thought that The Doctor being a man before was a joke

I would actually argue that there shouldn’t be many stories set in Series 11, and if there are they have to be very late in the series, as Graham mentions in Kerblam that it’s been about a month since The Woman Who Fell To Earth.

BBC website has released a new short story written by Chibnall called Things She Thought Whilst Falling. As the title suggests, it takes place during the Doctor’s fall to Earth between Twice Upon a Time and The Woman Who Fell To Earth.

BBC website has released another short story written by Pete McTighe. www.doctorwho.tv/news/?article=new-doctor-who-short-story-press-play-pete-mctighe The Doctor’s apparently dropped off the fam somewhere as she has to do some TARDIS maintenance that would be harmful to humans. I guess it could fit just prior to Spyfall as there she’s finishing up some maintenance on the TARDIS whilst the fam are all at home.

Moffat’s contributed a short story featuring Thirteen: bbc.in/2Rjaf3RThe Doctor’s by herself and there’s no obvious references to the fam, but it’s possible they’re just doing something else. It all gets quite meta at the end as well.

There’s references to 2020, so it’s more than likely set in or just before Series 12.

"Time Lapse" (Thirteen Doctors Thirteen Stories) should go somewhere before Arachnids In The UK.
Graham and Yaz refer to Jack Robertson as a celebrity they havnt met yet, and Ryan isn't calling Graham 'Grandad' yet.

Oh, missed that callback. Thanks. Tim Bradley : In regards to my prior post, Ryan has trouble recalling 'that real-estate guy's' name and Yaz fills it in. I took that to mean they knew of him but hadnt met yet. I could have misinterpreted that.

Spoilers for Adventures in Lockdown below {Spoiler} Mark Gatiss’ story, Fellow Traveller, features 13 visiting Susan 50 years after the Dalek invasion. She seems to be alone. I’d suggested putting this straight after Press Play, where the Doctor was reminded of Susan whilst the Fam were away temporarily.
And no, it doesn’t work with any of the other stories reuniting the Doctor and Susan. Such is the way.

Redacted seems to be more than likely set between Legend of the Sea Devils and the upcoming centenary special.
It’s set in 2022 and mentions various things from Series 12 and 13. There’s no real reason for the Doctor to be out of sync with Earth here. Also one episode is a sort of sequel to the game The Lonely Assassins which featured an appearance of the Thirteenth Doctor during the time she’s travelling with just Yaz, so it makes sense that this takes place after that.

Nothing in The Romanov Project to specifically place it, but Graham's grief at losing Grace seems rather fresh and raw so I would put it fairly early in his travels with the Dr.
