Flash & Arrow not on Sky this week has not made my day. They weren't going to put out new episodes Thanksgiving week. A lot of their audience was spending time with their families and not watching TV, so it would have hurt their ratings. |

24 hour extension on coursework due today because something happened to the network. But I'm betting there will be some student somewhere who gets kicked off for mucking about with the network. Ah well, coursework is 75% complete anyway.  |

And to continue what didn't make my day I just made check-up appointment for both my cats in 2 weeks the other day. Everything was fine with both of them. Yesterday night I noticed one of my cats has a big round scratch on his back so I will have to make that vet trip a bit earlier (and be late to work tomorrow even though I am swamped). Poor kitty! Hope it is nothing serious. Maybe it is just a result of Kitty Fight Club and he can't tell you without breaking the first rule of Fight Club. I think he's okay. He got some antibiotic shots. He didn't like going to the vet. Poor Baby.  It might have been a Kitty Fight Club. Unfortunately I think it's my other cat who wants to participate not this one. |

This article. Oh, the nostalgia. Yes, I am old enough to have used VHS tapes. I have many memories of arguing with my sisters about what to rent, and teachers wheeling the TV and VHS (sometimes DVD player) into the room. The tape about McDonald's marketing stands out, as do the health tapes obviously made in Australia in the 90's. The rewinding I definitely remember. |

Baring a shipping accident, I can now say that I have managed to track down the last of the Doctor Who graphic novels that I was missing. All but one of them a new copy and all of them for shockingly good, non bank breaking prices. And the Doctor Who Lego comes out tomorrow - Merry Christmas to me! whiskeybrewer - all the best to your dad, hope he has a good eye surgeon and that there are no complications once the retina has been fixed. Horror Channel getting to the end of Season 3, Leaving 2 and a half seasons to go and then they stop it and put on The Lost World instead. That annoys me. They did the same with Highlander

I could be getting obsessed. After making my Lego Time Clock, I've now made not one but two lego K9, based on the version in Lego Dimensions and both have a movable head, tail and side pieces. How old do you think you have to be to remember VHS tapes? My kids remember them and they are in their 20s. Which is hardly old and probably younger than a fair number of people on this forum. |

I'm used to talking about this kind of thing with people who are older than I am. It's kind of an automatic response for this sort of thing, mentioning I was born in the 90's. There are many things I don't know because the only reason I'd know them is by having an interest, rather than those things happening in the background. When TV shows started or movies were released for example. |

Virgin Media getting the rights to show Ash Vs Evil Dead Grrrrr, lucky for them i have seen the most recent episodes.
When is Daredevil going to get a Blu-ray release, i know Netflix are slow but the releasing of this awesome show is moving at a snails pace.
