Hey, huntsman spiders are not dangerous. They are just HUGE.
The dangerous ones are the little ones.
Yes, they can bite, but so can mice. They won't kill you. Cat bites for example are much more dangerous, and cats make (for the most part) more popular pets.
I would still flush it
It would clog the toilet...

Looking at my credit card statement and seeing a big fat ZERO in the balance owing column - doubly nice knowing that there are no pending charges for the rest of the month and that with all my Christmas shopping having been done months ago, the balance won't budge until the new year.

Was chatting to someone yesterday. I posed a "What if?" "What if 1 of the Who actors or any of the companions from any era is on this forum, and they have been successful so far in staying incognito?.." The conversation was very.. fruitful with the hypotheticals LOL Poor souls but if they do I think we are far more a positive group than a constantly negative...so they should feel safe that we are honest folks

There’s a horror movie called Alien? That’s really offensive. No wonder everyone keeps invading you.

Absolutely gutted hearing this news Hugh made the Toecutter a bizarre terrifying character, not fan Fury Road but Hugh was one of the better actors in that movie . For me Mad Max & Mad Max 2 are two of my al time favourite films.

Its fair to say he never looked young. We had Mad Max 2: The Road Warrior as a pirate copy and my brother got Mad Max and Thunderdome as new Rental only editions from the cash & carry (about £50 each in todays money). So yes - those were big films on my early to mid teens. I understand the first Mad Max is in the Guinness Book of Records as the most profitable film of all time? Certainly as a debut picture.

As a bit of heart-warming cheer-up-ness in gloomy times, may I offer a seasonal wildlife story from the Scottish Highlands?
(WARNING: Contains images of extreme cuteness, viewers may go ' awww' uncontrollably )
And it's a good story about species reintroduction and conservation too (or "re-wilding" as I think the trendy term is! )

The ratio of "cds I have purchased and listened to vs cds I have purchased and not listened to" continues to be skewed not in my favour.. Just started an early 7th Doctor "Genocide Machine" and realised they are using the 4th Doctors "intro" instead of his own.. Was this common back then, I haven't really noticed it before..

I feel really down I know I shouldn’t because a lot of people have it worse off than me, but I just feel like everything I try creatively never goes anywhere.

I feel really down I know I shouldn’t because a lot of people have it worse off than me, but I just feel like everything I try creatively never goes anywhere. I know the feeling. Especially during winter, I have these depressive moods. Concerning the creative motivation- I found when this strikes, I try to join some challenge or group activity in some of my social media groups or forums (I know, it can also open a can of worms, but equally often, it can also be really good and there are supportive communities out there, just like this one here).
Against depression, it also helps me to try out something new, maybe doing some sort of course or trying out a new hobby or something like that. Yes, some of this will never lead anywhere, for example, I have not been rock climbing for 10 years now, but I still have some great memories. And I kept up the archery and scuba diving (kind of). It is just that you try to get new and fresh experiences to feed your brain, to open up new perspectives.
Wishing you all the best!

Yup up until around mid 30's the range featured Fourth Doctor theme.

We all have our internal battles, I guess. Every day for me is a case of getting either a swim or a walk in (managed both yesterday), for what I call 'Head Space'. I turn over the preoccupations in my head and get the adrenaline and endorphins going, so that I can come back smiling.
