What's the policy here for BF info Tweeted by Actors and Production staff but not the Offical BF Twitter.
In the past depending on the info I had a policy of waiting until BF confirmed.
Thoughts and comments?

As long as you post with spoilers warnings, I see no issue.

I agree, no issues with posting these but ensure they are spoiler tagged.
Cheers

Once something is out, it's out! If third parties tweet something then it's legitimate news, nobody needs BF's permission to repeat it, but obviously spoilers would need to be flagged as such in advance. So, what's the news that you've seen elewhere Mark?!

I thing Mark should start posting cryptic pictures with a countdown to the eventual reveal...by then Big Finish will have probably already released something or we will be so excited that what ever the tweet was we will all be disappointed.

Minor actors having supporting parts isn't what I'd call a spoiler, personally, but best to err on caution unless its got the BF approval, I guess.

I've always found how BF deal with what their Actors/ Production teams Tweet weird anyway,
Scott Hancock and Kai Owen Tweeted about recording with Eva Myles way before BF Announced it,

Even on the Big Finish forum, people posted things they saw elsewhere. And Big Finish hasn't really communicated with us about this forum, in spite of several of the admins here trying to contact them when we first started up.

No-ones talking about approval. Literally no-one. It's about not spoiling anything for others just because it was spoiled for you. Just because something gets leaked doesn't mean you have the right to make sure everyone knows about it. In this case - who cares? Some minor actors in small parts, but say it was episode spoilers. They get leaked all the time. It's "in the public domain" to use your phrase but it doesn't mean we automatically want to know about them. Is clicking "show spoilers" such a big deal to you? If so, start a spoiler thread!

No-ones talking about approval. Literally no-one. Err... you used the word approval, so obviously you was! Read the context and don't take a single word out of it. Not talking about approval in terms of permission from BF - but because YOU - or any of us - don't get to decide when a story "breaks" for other people just because you might follow other sources that leak news in terms of twitter accounts or facebook pages. When BF release a story then no-one can call news a spoiler. Is being considerate to other fans so foreign? Again, I ask - what's the problem with clicking a single button to show a spoiler post?

I think it clear there was miss communication here, now that that has been realised I suggest it's best to leave that alone now.

I think it clear there was miss communication here, now that that has been realised I suggest it's best to leave that alone now. Why? I am quite capable of replying to David civily, who is a good guy that I have no problem with! We all play nicely here yer know... Err... you used the word approval, so obviously you was! Read the context and don't take a single word out of it. Not talking about approval in terms of permission from BF... Sorry David, I read your message as implying that people needed approval from BF for re-posting news, as that's how it came across to me. It had nothing to do with spoilers as I made that quite clear in a much previous post; spoiler tags should of course be used. So your intention was different from the meaning that I took from your post. It happens, but we won't lose any sleep over it. I have no problem holding my hand up if I am wrong. (Couldn't find a smiley appropriate for that though!)
