A sub-board for retired ranges like Jago & Litefoot? We're looking at moving J&L and Dorian into sub-boards of various things, I think that's likely to happen. Similarly River and UNIT get a lot of traffic so might get boards. Thoughts? For more than purely sentimental reasons I'd favour J&L keeping their own board, even though we can't anticipate any additional audio adventures and associated astonishing alliterative acrobatics.
The Infernal Investigators, Ellie, Quick and their world transcend spin-off status imo; I could still imagine them doing what they do even if the Doctor had never existed.

Done Gallifrey. That's it from me for the moment. Also this reminded me to pick up Gallifrey series 2&3 in the warehouse sale! Just finished downloading!

QUESTION:
We now have a good few boards up at top level in the Big Finish area. I put the new ones there are they were 'busy' but logically they could be moved down, eg UNIT / River / Gallifrey could all go below Worlds of Doctor Who. Does anyone have a strong opinion?
My take is busy boards should be at the higher levels but we don't want so many the listing becomes too long.
Thoughts welcome!

Looking at the changes you've made I'd say you've made the right decision giving UNIT, River and Gallifrey their own boards. As far as I can see they are all popular ranges, and of course their upcoming involvements in the The Eighth of March and The Legacy of Time is an added bonus in a conversation on the forum. I'd also say that (for now at least) the Jago and Litefoot board is in the right place too. With the 10th anniversary of The Mahogany Murderers in May and Jago's appearance in River Song 6 a couple of months later there might be some renewed interest in chatting about the range this summer. Sometime after that however might be the time to consider moving it to a sub board status. One thought did occur looking at the forum changes though : What about a Big Finish Doctor Who 20th Anniversary board?

That's my problem as well - I had a look in the big Doctor Who board and couldn't see where to start without having a lot of sub-boards. Maybe the idea of a 'hot topic' could be useful - I think there's a plugin for that

Might it not be a good idea - if only on a temporary basis - to have a "Time Lord Victorious" subforum, to collect all those topics together? Just an idea.
