Here are some ranges that I have no intention on getting any of the releases. - 2000 AD - Big Finish Originals - Blake's 7 (not entirely sure though) - Callan - Captain Scarlet - Dan Dare - DW Short Trips - Mervyn Stone - Pathfinder - Night of the Triffids - Sherlock Holmes - Star Cops - Terrahawks - The Omega Factor - The Prisoner - The Scarifyers - Dorian Gray (same with Blake's 7) Are there any ranges that YOU have no intention on getting? It might be easier to list the BF ranges that you are interested in! That's nothing compared to my list None are out of any malace, I just don't have any interest in buying them. Over the years I've stopped following: The David Bradley 1st Doctor Adventures with Bradley, 2nd Doctor Companion Chronicles and Early Advnetures, Dark Eyes/Doom Coaltion/Ravenous/etc, 8th Doctor Time War, 10th Doctor, Blakes 7, Classics. Counter Measures, Dorian Gray, Graceless, Jago & Litefoot, The Prisoner, Sherlock Holmes, UNIT & Vienna.
I've no interest in: 9th, 10th, 11th & 12th Doctor Chronicles, Adam Adamant, The Avengers, Callan Captain Scarlet, Charlotte Pollard, Churchill, Class, Dalek Empire, Dan Dare, Dark Shadows, Jenny, Lady Christina, Mervyn Stone, Night of the Triffids, Omega Factor, The Paternoster Gang, Pathfinders, Star Cops, Survivors & Terrahawks.
On the plus side, 1st Doctor Companion Chronicles & Early Adventures, 3rd, 4th & 5th Doctor Adventures, Gallifrey, The Lost Stories, Missy, River Song, Doctor Who: Unbound and War Master are all instant pre-orders.

I'm unusual, probably unique, amongst Big Finish's clientele in that I have no plans to buy any Dr Who releases or any of it's spin offs! I haven't got anything against the series, it's just I've never been into that kind of programme. Also I've no idea how Dr Who fans manage to keep up - if I buy five releases a year I normally develop a backlog!

There are also the hints of four new ranges based on existing properties of which one sounds like it is Adam Adament Lives. I do wonder if one of those other three might be in the fantasy mode...however if they are based on past television properties I am not sure there are many candidates for consideration. Ace of Wands is more urban fantasy but hasn't that been talked about a lot? Yes that will be a strong contender as I recall Nick talking about it on the podcast in the past. I don’t remember it, being a BBC boy in my childhood!

I don’t remember it, being a BBC boy in my childhood! I was young when it was on so only remember the theme music and bits of the story "Peacock Pie" featuring Brian Wilde (Porridge, Last of the Summer Wine) as a mild-mannered criminal who used hypnotic illusions.
on the subject of Big Finish ranges I have no intention of following (unless persuaded otherwise)
maybe, Treason Show, Wolfboy the musical, Fly me to the Moon...

I really find it cool that the quality of Big Finish speaks for itself and does not necessarily need to be dependent on it's most popular range. I love it that they have such a wide range (even if not everything interests me (yet)).
My first Big Finish dramas were the ones they did for Black Library since I am a huge Warhammer fan. This was YEARS before I became a Whovian and even knew they also did Doctor Who.
Funny how things go.

I spend between 90 minutes and 2 hours a day on the road just commuting to and from work. Podcasts and Big Finish are godsends! (Though I still have heavy backlogs of both)

I wouldn't say 'no plan on following' exactly, but there are some ranges that I'm certainly in no hurry to pick up at the moment - Iris Wyldthyme, Series 2 and 3 of Pathfinder Legends, Graceless, Counter Measures, Captain Scarlet, Terrahawks, Callan, Star Cops, Dan Dare, Charlotte Pollard and Class. If the rumours about Adam Adamant Lives and The Twelfth Doctor Chronicles are true they would fall into this category as well.
Then there are the ranges that I decided to drop after this year's releases - The First Doctor Adventures, The Tenth Doctor Adventures, Big Finish Classics (after I've picked up the HG Wells titles), Blake's 7, Vienna, Survivors and The Prisoner (although the last two are coming to a natural end anyway).
I've also decided to not take a subscription out for this year's Short Trips, but will pick up titles this year as and when the mood takes me (which may end up self defeating if I end up with twelve 2019 Short Trips by December). If The Lost Stories are coming back this year they will also be cherrypicked.
Hopefully streamlining this year will benefit my wallet and my backlog next year.

Will never listen to Pathfinders, Gerry Anderson stuff, 2000AD, Dan Dare, standalone Iris
Not because I wouldn't enjoy then if I did, but I don't want to start YET ANOTHER collection that will drain my bank account and make my listening backlog even longer.

Besides, I rather enjoyed 'The Reesinger Process' last month if you recall. So if Big Finish were to have a sale on that particular range in the not too distant future..

I'm sticking to all things with a BF or original Doctor in a live role, and some of the side ranges (Dalek Empire, River Song, still have to finish the second Cyberman series), but there is only so much money to go around. Plus I've never seen original runs of a lot of stuff BF does (ie, Blake's 7).

Once upon a time I swore Doctor Who stories only. Who would want a series set on Gallifrey I thought - now I'm hotly anticipating the next box set! I'm a classic who fan first and foremost but the River Song diaries are awesome too. I have many of the Who spin offs now!
I try to keep an open mind and that open mind has gotten me into Survivors, The Omega Factor, Dorian Gray, Drama Showcase, Cicero, Blind Terror, HG Wells, Dark Shadows and no doubt many more to come.

Testatment to the quality of the writing .

Torchwood, Callan, Star Cops, Confessions of Dorian Gray, Pathfinders, Dark Shadows, Omega Factor, Graceless, Lady Christina, Missy, and Class are ranges I have no interest in.
I did try one Blake's 7 audio when it was on sale as a "Listener's" Release but concluded you really needed to have seen the TV show to get it and it's not on DVD in the U.S., making it a bit difficult.

I don't know if it's still there, but several years ago I watched the whole series on YouTube so I could better appreciate the Big Finish audios.

I kept buying the B7 titles when BF would put them on discount, and I knew I HAD to watch the show first. YT made that rather easy.

I don't have plans to follow anything not Doctor Who related. I have given some ranges outside that a shot, and I've quite liked them, namely Dorian and Sherlock. But, I only get those on sale. I'm open to some other originals joining those ranks like maybe Cicero.
While we're at it, depending on what happens with the overseas pricing, the various Who ranges outside of Torchwood, Gallifrey, Class (if there's ever any more), and of course actual Doctor Who, will end up on the sale-only column as well.
Stuff based on shows I've never seen like B7 or Avengers or whatever else is right out. I'm sure they're lovely, but I've only got so much time and money.

I watched the whole thing on YouTube, also. Or on DailyMotion. And then I bought the whole set of region 2 DVDs even though I don't have a region 2 player.
