Not sure about this. The tone & style looks too similar to the Nolan movies from that trailer.

Ok I'll admit i as wrong, this looks freaking AWESOME, it has a David Fincher vibe with Riddler being a srial killer & from what i see here Pattinson has sold me on Bruce Wayne/Batman.
Oh & "i am vengeance" quote gave me goosebumps.
Very excited about this movie now.

I feel like the tone owes a lot to Daredevil. That’s not an insult, it looks pretty good. Trying not to get my hopes up, but it was a good trailer.

Nothing in the trailer really excited me. But it's Batman so will end up watching it. Just hope it offers something fresh.

I like the idea of a more psychotic Riddler as a main villain. I know he’s gone through his phases in the comics but I can’t quite remember if he has ever gone full serial killer.

Whats amazing to me is that when this trailer was cut in March '20 , only 30% of the movie had actually been filmed so.. from the Director himself with regards to how much had been filmed.

I'm going to hazard a guess that there will be at least one headline about him catching 'Bat-flu' somewhere, once news spreads.

It's ludicrous that films are going back into production with the virus still around, a film set is quite chaotic. Virtually impossible to keep COVID free.

This is terrible. Why aren't people taking this seriously?

Most bizarre considering it’s not like you can social distance on a superhero film. Batman as a character is known for getting involved in close combat so they must have known the risks. Clearly it’s just a case of studios possessing more sterling then sense.

This is terrible. Why aren't people taking this seriously? I don't see how this indicates they didn't. Without a cure, all you can do is preventative and tracing measures to cut down any possible spread. Clearly, WB's measures worked as they found a case and quickly acted to stop an outbreak. Where Pattinson got it, who knows as covid is not always obvious, but WB seems to have done what they were supposed to in this situation.

Along with Gotham PD, Reeves' got another HBO Max Batman coming, and he's bringing Bruce Timm in.
