So are these only going to be available in UK stores?
I suspect that even if they're not, the cost of shipping may make the prices unrealistic for those not in the UK.

Yes, they’re exclusive to a bargain retailer in the UK called B&M Bargains. They’ve been doing Doctor Who exclusives for the past few years now. Big Finish will be getting 150 of each of their sets - Seventh, Eighth & War Doctors - that are apparently slight variants. Again, that won’t really address your concern as you’ll be paying postage on those too. My offer is there for anyone overseas who would like them picking up, if I can find stock. I’m also prepared to send them without the packaging to lower costs if necessary; I’ve done so for fans in the past. |

Scientist Dalek looks different than the one on the cover of A Thing of Guile, but it’s very cool. Love the TV Movie-esque Seventh Doctor too.
The two TARDISes are fab, but the real surprise is a Harry figure! Very savvy way of reusing existing sculpts to get this.

So in the BF Action Figure Reveal news piece there is the paragraph
The Seventh Doctor and Axis Strike Squad Dalek Action Figure Set – features the Time Lord as played by Sylvester McCoy in the Gallifrey VI Series. He must help regain Gallifrey and defeat the bronzed Daleks that have taken over the AXIS.
