Sarah's rescue of the Doctor from Chase's pulveriser in Seeds never fails to raise a smile.

I always chuckle at the Doctor diagnosing Grey with a headache in Highlanders. And who cannot laugh at the lead Macra’s utter terror at seeing the Dcotor and the Pilot.

Troughton's expression when he realises they're on the island at the end of The Dominators. Brilliant.

Maybe not the funniest scene, but I do chuckle at the Doctor and Ian shuffling along a narrow ledge about 23 minutes into episode 1 of The Rescue.

City of Death has quite a few of these. You just have to love Duggan. We really should get another story featuring Duggan.

Hello again.
Has to be Peter Purves as Morton Dill versus the Daleks in The Chase.
Or Kate O'Mara pretending to be Mel in Time and the Rani. Although I always wondered where she got Mel's outfit from. Was there a wardrobe department on Lakertya?

No tea, Harry.
I was eating chicken soup at the time .... note to self, do not eat soup while watching Tom Baker.

Horror of Fang Rock. When the blond woman is becoming hysterical, Leela has enough, yells "oh, shut up!" and slaps her. And it works.

The Ribos Operation has quite a LOT of good humorous moments, Garron and Unstoffe, Binro the Heretic, etc.

Some of the materialization-gone-wrong scenes always tickled my funny bone. Like when the TARDIS lands on the edge of a cliff and teeters, or lands (off-screen) in a rubbish tip, or at an angle like in Davison's first story.

Some Third Doctor contenders from 'The Sea Devils':
The Master's look when he realises 'The Clangers' is not a documentary... The Doctor pausing for (the Master's) sandwich during their swordfight ('violent exercise always makes me hungry')
But my winners for this era both belong to Nicholas Courtney in 'The Three Doctors':
The Brig's huge double-take when he opens the door of UNIT HQ and sees only the world of Omega... and the line he added to the script, with deadpan face and brilliant delivery: 'I'm fairly sure that's Cromer.'

The Master's look when he realises 'The Clangers' is not a documentary... He knows what it is, he's winding Trenchard up! The face he pulls is a 'what a fool' face.

The Doctor's disguises in The Green Death come to mind.
And I know I've mentioned this scene a few times on here but K9 rolling into the water and exploding is hilarious.

"In "The Myth Makers", Cassandra warns that she has experienced a vision of the Greeks taking the city, hordes of muscular warriors swarming over the walls and seizing the women - Paris cattily remarks that it's fairly obvious why she's having this kind of dream! (Not very PC, but even so I was staggered this was allowed to go out. OK, so straight over the heads of the kiddiewinks, but even so...)
