Most defintely Ravenous 4-totally captured me this set from the go despite a slowish first set of stories. After watching the new version Of IT and not the Tim Curry one the Ravenous in my mind are even more grotesque.Does someone die-who knows??
Tony And Cassandra-am in love with the Dark Shadows range of audios and also it is kind of nice to hear American accents in tales and as usual I know given the high standard that exists in the range that I won’t be disappointed.

Only 5 arrivals this month after September's 8. All pre-ordered as part of a bundle/subscription so, unusually for me, no financial outlay to BF this month
Ravenous 4 the one I am most looking forward to

Cheers for the Thread Barnabas
Ravenous 4 (Much as I enjoy The Eleven I do hope The Masters and the Doc give him whooping I fear I know which Companion will be going, however intrigued to hear the set up of Stranded)
Paternoster Gang (more fun and games with them always welcome)
MR Interstitial/ Feast of Fear (Always interesting to get new writers in the MR
TW Smashed (James Goss is a roll recently and this time he's a got Gwen Solo Script should be good)
ST Second Oldest Question (This is either going to be pure comedy or an emotional gut punch at the end)
Regards

I'm getting everything except the coloring book, because I'm not old enough to color within the lines, lol. I'm that one person so far who's getting The Squire's Crystal but the story sounded so interesting I nearly bought it as my first print book and I'm really glad it made it to audio. because I'd likely have never got around to reading it.
Good question what I'm most excited about - probably Dark Shadows but also a great month as a big fan of Gwen, The Patternoster Gang, and last but by means least, Nyssa. Ravenous 4 will just be the frosting on the cake after all that.

Just Torchwood: Smashed and the monthly range release Interstitial / Feast of Fear (the last of my mammoth super-rub from three years ago!) for me.

Just Torchwood: Smashed and the monthly range release Interstitial / Feast of Fear (the last of my mammoth super-rub from three years ago!) for me. I won't ask what a "mammoth super-rub" is or what the mammoth had to say about it...
(Yes, I know what you meant! But the 'r' key isn't even right next to the 's' so... )

Meanwhile on topic... thanks for the thread Barnabas
I'm anticipating 'Ravenous 4' most of all, it's been an excellent series. And 'Paternoster Gang 2' a very close second ('Good! Then your life will be spared, human scum.' 'Strax, behave!' 'My apologies Madam. I meant to say: Thank you Sir for your appreciation...' *mutter, grumble*)
Also looking forward to the MR of course, the ST and this month's TW sounds very promising!

RAVENOUS!!!!! Really looking forward to that one. Even if it will make me cry. I am sure it will be equal tears of joy and sadness.
I also anticipate the Paternosters, they are quite fun and entertaining.
And I have pre-ordered Torchwood Smashed, since it sounded like another one of the comedy releases. I just hope, concerning the topic of the piece, that their writing and humor has improved since "Exile". One can but hope that they learned a bit of a lesson from that...

In order of Excitement:
Ravenous 4, duh. The synopses sound bloody amazing. Admittedly I've thought Ravenous as a series has been rather spotty, but....just look at this set, it can't be anything but a blast at the very minimum.
Smashed: I mean I love Eve Myles, James Goss is a funny writer and this premise is so absurd that I can't not be excited. Eve Myles playing a bloody smashed Gwen fighting aliens? Brilliant.
Paternoster Gang: Whilst the first set didn't WOW me (and sadly just doesn't feel the same as Jago and Litefoot), it was still fun and the main trio worked so well. But this set does sound fun (though this is now Guy Adams' third story featuring Carnacki and it doesn't have Dan Starkey playing him!), and I knew nothing about Spring-Heeled Jack but he sounds like a fascinating figure.
The Second Oldest Question: From the title alone and such, this sounds like an interesting little short trip.
Interstitial/Feast of Fear:....I can't pinpoint why I'm not excited. I'm not one to assume that just because there's not a recognisable element to latch onto (unlike Cicero or Cybermen) that I have no interest, I just....don't have a lot of interest in this. The stories look fun, the cover is beautiful, and exploration of Marc will be good. I just can't bring myself to be wowed.
The Squire's Crystal: I mean it's not that I'm not interested, I just got these audiobooks in a bundle and I haven't and won't listen to them for a while yet until I do my great big Benny listenthrough.
The only two things I'm not getting is the colouring book (though it is such an absurd premise that I hope there's more of them, I love it. I just haven't got the money within my BF budget for it at the moment, but maybe Book Depository), and Dark Shadows (because I don't listen to the range).

All of the Doctor Who releases for me in October.
I haven’t listened to Harry Houdini’s War or Tartarus yet, which I must do before the new main range release!
I’ve not been overly keen on the Ravenous arc being told across the sets and I’m struggling to see how it’ll be improved by the addition of four Masters, who will surely hog the spotlight. I’m getting tired of The Eleven, Liv & Helen too, or rather how they’re portrayed in Ravenous. However, more Beevers, Jacobi & Gomez is always a good thing; my favourite three incarnations of the Master.
The first Paternoster set was a lot of fun, can’t wait for the second, especially the one written by Dan Starkey.
The Short Trips have been a little ropey this year, but fingers crossed October’s bring us a gem.

Patternoster Gang: Heritage 2 is what I'm most looking forward to. I will also be getting Interstitial / Feast of Fear & Ravenous 4, I'm increasingly bored of the rather hit & miss 8th Doctor boxsets so am only getting this one because I have all the others! & it will be the last one I think.

I'll be getting everything but the Dark Shadows release and the Benny colouring book (though the completist in me knows I'll probably be picking that up at some point...). I haven't got the sub for Interstitial/ Feast of Fear yet though, so guess I'll have to grab that some time pretty soon. Like most people, I'm most looking forward to Ravenous 4. I'm also quite keen for Paternoster Gang 2 - I didn't expect to enjoy the first set as much as I did, so I'm hoping for another great set

Another everything month save the coloring book for me. Ravenous 3 was an improvement over the previous two sets, so hopefully it ends on a high note. I guess I need to listen to the first Paternoster Gang box set.
