Oh I see. It's just the BBFC ratings that haven't been confirmed.

Just a question. Do the steelbook releases of the animations contain any content that's not on the regular Blu-Ray/DVD?

Just a question. Do the steelbook releases of the animations contain any content that's not on the regular Blu-Ray/DVD? I think some of them usually tend to. Like the Shada steelbook came with a copy of the Big Finish Shada webcast and some other stuff, and I think the Power of the Daleks steelbook had a colour copy of the story which was only otherwise available on the US general release. I’m not sure if the more recent ones still do stuff like that though.

I only know that the Macra Terror steelbook contained a third disc that included the Tenth Doctor story Gridlock.

Here's the released-today full trailer which gives a much better idea of the inanimate quality than the teaser.

Evil is the best animation the bluray range has given us - absolutely superb.
You MUST watch it in black & white though - the gothic tones and shadows of Maxtable's house, where most of the story is set, is Gothic akin to Rebecca or Jane Eyre, so the monochrome doesn't just help it, it is a featured part of just why it's so good.
I love the option to watch either the whole thing animated or to insert the existing ep 2 (which I chose to do). It really does cater to all needs. I've had this story in recons, audio and Target novel but this was the first time I felt like I was watching it "for real". More than any animation it felt like a rediscovered story more than an animation, so high was the quality.
There are shots from high with moonlight the only thing illuminating the room while Daleks escort Victoria. Looks stunning. There are tonnes of places in ere that just look like perfect screenshot. There's so much love in it.
I've always said David Whittaker has to be the most consistent Dalek writer for doing this and Power to bookend Troughton's S4. This just cements that.
Wonderful.

Funny enough here in Canada we know the release for Evil (November 16), but as far as I've been able to see the release date for Web of Fear is still unknown.

Evil was the biggest selling bluray of the week in the UK last week, knocking Black Widow off the top spot and staving off competition from Pixar's Luca andLin Manuel Miranda's In The Heights.
In the DVD charts, Evil goes in at #2, again beating Lin Manue and Pixar l but not beating Black Widow on standard def. Still, very good showing to be beating Marvel and Pixar on bluray sales. Must be one of the few markets where near 60 year old TV beats Disney's big hitters.

So Frazer Hines confirmed that the abominable snowman is the next animation As he had recorded extras for it The official Magazine with the Figurine collection leaked that title along with Evil back in March, when we only knew about Web at that point. Been a prolific year given 2020's issues. I guess the animators mostly worked from home anyway so the animations weren't slowed down as badly as even the show proper was. We didn't get a hint about Galaxy 4 back then, so I wonder if the order was changed. Either way it's exciting seeing these come so thick and fast now. An announcement confirming S17's bluray would be very welcome to get the "big greys" back on track!

The current DWM briefly mentions that "Shada" is being revised for the bluray season box set. I've just started another thread on this, because it's only one of two hitherto unknown Shadas I've heard about in the last few days....

Important to bear in mind these are rumours and there isn't much in the way of evidence. Not the first time someone said 'x is being stopped' and it turned out to be bunkum.
Also, didn't someone on the animations say Masterplan and Polo would be really complicated to do and thus not on the cards for sometime?
