I just finished Warzone. NOoooo! Maaaarc! Excellent little tale. I loved the premise and how the danger grew throughout the story. But what I really want to know is, who read the credits at the end? LOL

Rather not give away too much at this point, but I have to say that I couldn't be amazed with both stories. And the shocking plot twists along the way!

Just listened to episode 1 of Warzone. Initially was a bit sceptical of it - but the pace is fantastic and you really get dragged into this one. The music is great with this and really works. Not giving anything way yet but if the rest of the release is as good as this then will be really, really pleased. Davison is on top form here and you can already see the subtle changes in his Doctor beginning to emerge.

An amazing finale to an amazing trilogy. I can't wait to see where they all go.

Warzone. Well, certainly better than I expected. However, I spotted the twist quite early on. Not that it was that hard to guess. Also, great cliffhanger. These 5th Doctor audios lately were a real positive surprise, and a couple of months ago I had not even had them on the radar. Not a big 5th Doctor fan myself. But these stories are very enjoyable and well above average. Also love the characterization of the Doctor and his team and especially Mark is a good addition. Definitely worth it.

I was afraid Warzone would be disappointing to me because last month's episode left me really unimpressed. It did not disappoint, I think this might be my favorite Main Range episode of the year at the moment. Davison's performance was on point (which is quite unusual, given I've never liked this incarnation) and I really felt Adric's shadow was there, in the background. Now I'm hoping Conversion will be just as good. And damn that soundtrack was good!

Maybe they should do more scores like these suites in the next trilogy...

I think this might be one of the best music suites for the Fifth Doctor along with the one from the magnificent Fifth Doctor Box Set. Conversion wasn't as good as Warzone in my opinion but I really liked how both episodes dealt with Adric's death, showing us a more vulnerable Five. For once I'm actually curious to hear what comes next for this team even though I'm not fully sold on Marc. He's still a bit generic in my opinion. I hope we will get the sequel trilogy next year. I think this is my favorite MR trilogy for 2019, even though I haven't listened to Emissary of the Daleks and Harry Houdini's War yet. I can't wait to get some details on Blood on Santa's Claw now, a Christmas-themed anthology for Sixie and Peri sounds positively awesome and Time in Office was the funniest release of 2017 in my opinion.

Conversion. Wow, this was awesome. I loved this. Peter Davison was amazing, this must be one of my favorite 5th Doctor audio story. Lots of drama and raw emotion. I loved the Doctor in rage, and that he has a chance to be ruthless and brutal. I also LOVED the ending. Now I am really looking forward to the next installment. And this is a first. This is the first time I am actually looking forward to a 5th Doctor story. But now I am totally engrossed and engaged with this team and I hope we get more stories with a more emotional and vulnerable 5th Doctor.
{Spoiler} I am also looking forward to see how the story of Mark continues... and how he will shape up concerning his similarities and differences to Bill (series 10).
Very good effort. Especially well done for getting me invested with the 5th Doctor.

I was never the biggest fan of Five on TV because he always seemed so emotionally detached, and also for the lack of humor in his era. However, it's completely the opposite when it comes to Fifth Doctor stories with BF. They are some of my all time favorites. Yes, they are very good at getting you invested in things that you never thought you would be in a million years.

I tend to like the dark and emotional stories a bit more, so this was right up my alley. Sometimes BF can be very samey and re-set all characters to zero at the end of each story. This is what sets this one apart.

Hurray, I got to finish Warzone this time. I figured out why what I got to hear of it the other day before I got interrupted completely bounced off, I was thinking, "They're running, what's that got to do with anything?" Now I get it. Quite clever and very poignant also, kudos Chris Chapman.

Really enjoyed those. I also liked how closely both stories were tied together. I went in expecting them to be more standalone.
And wow, the music was gorgeous. Really gorgeous. Think it might be some of the best Big Finish audio music for ages.
