While I've yet to listen to Interstitial/ Feast of Fear, I've very much enjoyed both Tartarus and this pair of stories. I think that with Scott Handcock at the helm, and new blood with Marc, the Fifth Doctor has been fresher than he has for years. I very much look forward to the next set with these characters!

Can't really add to most of the accolades everyone was giving it.
One thing I did want to mention is that Pepter Lunkuse was amazing in her two completely different parts - Esma and cephalopod doctor.

As usual I'm a bit late to the party, I only just got to this release today.
Both parts were good, but holy smokes, Conversion was a hell of a story, wasn't it?!

This was a great release.
Not sure however about all the Dr's guilt about Adric. Not because, as Tegan establishes, he never really liked Adric, but because this seems to overlook the events of The Boy That Time Forgot, which I would have expected to be at least mentioned by the Dr when he is emoting about Adric's "death" at the hands of the Cybermen.

As far as I'm concerned it's an Unbound Adric that's in The Boy That Time Forgot, so it doesn't count!

I would never try to claim it was a classic or anything like that, but it always seemed inoffensively average to me. I never got all the hatred there is for it.

Hate is a bit of a strong emotion for an audio drama ... so I prefer the term overlook!
As in, The Story that Time Forgot ...

Oh, I always felt that there is a good story in there somewhere. It's just that I don't like all the "crazy, evil Adric" stuff and it overshadows everything.

Finally got round to this today and I thought it was fantastic. I liked the twist that they’re a connected set of stories and I loved that it’s Warzone which is arguably the Cybermen story, despite them technically only appearing in Conversion.
They’re an odd pair of stories, but that’s part of what makes them brilliant. Warzone is very visual and on paper really shouldn’t work, both on screen or on audio, but it’s gripping with a great guest cast. Conversion is another oddball story, where the three comedy guest characters shouldn’t work in such a grim environment, but surprisingly they do!
Even though it’s Marc’s story, he does seem to take a back seat in them both, but he has enough of a presence and his story does get progressively tragic. It’s the Doctor who really shines, with one of Peter Davison’s best performances, ruthless throughout and showing a side he rarely had on screen.
I wasn’t too keen on Tegan and the Doctor’s exchange about whether he liked Adric. Everything he said has always seemed quite apparent to me on screen; Adric can be frustrating, but they’re all clearly fond of him and each other, even if they did want to go home!
I thought the ending was great. I’m not sure if the Doctor going solo is an indication of the future of the main range for him, or if it’s a good way to slot in the many solo stories Big Finish have done with him. I think there’s potential with more from this TARDIS team, though.

BF know that this team is popular and might bring some adventures forward (if recorded) or rearrange recordings of these adventures. It would not surprise me if we did not meet this TARDIS crew in 2020 a bit earlier than expected.

Warzone. Well, certainly better than I expected. However, I spotted the twist quite early on. Not that it was that hard to guess. Also, great cliffhanger. These 5th Doctor audios lately were a real positive surprise, and a couple of months ago I had not even had them on the radar. Not a big 5th Doctor fan myself. But these stories are very enjoyable and well above average. Also love the characterization of the Doctor and his team and especially Mark is a good addition. Definitely worth it. I actually didn't guess.
I try to avoid spoilers, and while I knew the 2nd half was a Cyberman story....
{Spoiler} All I knew about this set was it was two stories. I thought they would be separate, not parts A and B of a narrative. So when the Doctor started asking Big Questions in Warzone, I was also asking them in my head, thinking totally that this was vetting process for a Super-Soldier program. So when it turned out to be a Cyberman Thing, I was surprised, but the felt stupid that I didn't see it coming. Cybermen are kinda-sorta "super Soldiers" after all. I didn't see it coming that it would be a Cyberman story, either. And I don't feel stupid that I didn't. Enjoyed the stories overall.

I couldn't agree more, Stevo.
