December just around the corner, only one more release to flee into the wilderness and a lot of tumbleweed blowing through the forum...It's the perfect time for a Poll!
Which releases do you plan on throwing money at and which are making you go weak at the knees in giddy excitement?

Basically everything Who related. Especially looking forward to the Robots (I love Liv), the War Master (vs. the Unbound Master) and of course Blood on Santa's Claw (yay for Sixie and Peri!). I also expect a silly and comedic Torchwood release.

-War Master (obviously) -Not sure what to expect from Torchwood: Expectant, but it’s Big Finish Torchwood so it’ll probably be good -Last of my Short Trip subscription. I’ve been a bit underwhelmed with this year’s series, so will go back to selectively buying them.

The War Master: Anti- Genesis (Definitely my most anticipated. Might have had issues with the last set but I can’t wait to see how it all ends. Hope this isn’t the last we see of Jacobi as the Master as well)
Blood on Santa’s Claw and Other Stories (I was already sold on the title alone but after listening to the trailer I can already tell that this will be tremendous fun.)

I've pre-ordered the TW and most of the Who. I'm not yet sold on Robots and have to budget spending somewhere, but would probably get it if I had more personal funds.
I'm familiar with Star Cops, and saw a few episodes when it aired here. I never became a fa, but had a good friend who loved the series. If I knew how to reach him, I'd recommend he purchase them, and he probably would. Sadly, he's one friend I've lost touch with.

I'm hoping to get everything at least eventually but I still have five left to pre-order. I'm a bit meh about December's releases which is no fault of Big Finish, but between being terribly distracted trying to orchestrate my life, and six full cast DW releases for November compared to one for December (not counting the War Master because he's The Master not The Doctor) I'm sort of having a hard time getting very stoked about December at the minute.
Again, not a criticism, more of a complement over an amazing November, but it just seems rather hard for December to live up to November's fabulous bounty. A surprise or two certainly wouldn't hurt at all to even things out just a little more. Such is being spoiled rotten, I guess. At least I'm excited enough to want to get everything for December though.
Edit: Three left to pre-order, I just pre-ordered Star Cops Mars Pt 1 and Torchwood Expectant since this thread reminded me I hadn't done so yet. That's good, Star Cops has to be one of the things I'm most excited about, and I've yet to miss a Torchwood release and really like the range. I'm only a modest Christmas gift to myself away from having the whole month covered now. I guess I'm looking forward to Blood on Santa's Claw more than I must sound like, some playfully pseudonymous Nev Fountain stories are likely good for some holiday cheer, and sometimes the War Master stories aren't the most cheerful things, but they've consistently been very good, very entertaining tales.

Getting all the physical stuff, not the DL only stuff. Still have to pre-order The Robots and the new Star Cops bundle. Not until payday.

Yeah the only things in the poll I'm not getting are Star Cops and Withdrawal My biggest excitement is a pretty even split between Santa's Claw, The Robots, and the War Master!

Most anticipated: it's an exciting draw between a showdown for the (other) Two Masters and Sixie & Peri with snow and tinsel on!
Also looking forward to the STs: this year's Paul Spragg Competition winner of course (and it's Twelve!) and Peter Purves' always excellent First Doctor/Steven in an historical set at a fascinating time. (Judging by the artwork.)
I'm also expectant about TW - but which will it be? An outright comedy or more serious? Whichever, I know Jack will deliver!
(Thanks for the thread Brigadier.)

I've pre-ordered the first 4, intend to go for subscription/bundles on Mars and Robots next week (after payday), and intend to get the remaining downloads in January (limited broadband and high usage in December means I have to be careful)

I seem to be buying less & less from BF these days...

All of the Doctor Who releases, aside from The Robots. I haven’t got round to Warzone / Conversion, the Early Years and Lost Stories yet, though!
The War Master is my most anticipated and I’ll be listening as soon as it’s released hopefully. It’s been a consistently excellent range.

Admittedly it has only been three days since the poll was started, but who'd have thought the War Master would have such stiff competition from Sixie and Santa? 😊
One thing that is noticeable from this and last month's poll is the lack of enthusiasm for the narrated audiobooks (the obvious exception being the Short Trips range). I wonder if this is down to the subject matter or the length of time of a standard narrated audiobook (at least 7 - 8 hours)?

I would also guess that a lot of BF fans come here for audio drama rather than audiobooks?

Sixie and Santa level pegging with the War Master in the polls! It's all to play for as we edge ever closer to December...

Sixie and Santa for me. Could be a very good run for BF if this one holds up - the MR from July onwards this year has been very, very good.

Since I've not listened to anything released last month, I'm a tad overwhelmed at thinking about anything being released this month but if I had to chose one, it would probably be Star Cops: Mars.
